Mykonos FC

Very solid team with a consistent structure.
Probably batting too deep in defence but overall the balance and players look very nice.
Love the JPK pick  :)

Yeah I have gone deep Fwd and back at this stage due to the lack of rookies but that could easily change during the nab cup obviously

P.s where are my manners.. Thanks Mykonos. Cheer for you

How much money left over?

Looks like salary cap must be bursting.

Very nice and if your mids fire, enjoy the ride.

9/10

Nice team Quinny  8)
Backs: Very good down back, BJ and Gibbs are no-brainners, lock them in straight away. Shaw, is a good unique chocie, haven't seen many people talk about him. The inclusion of Jordan Russell will help him play a more attacking role. Broughton is good value for money and his DPP is handy. Yaz is cheap and Mick should bring the best out in him. Good rookie chocies as well.

Mids: No GAJ is risky. Pendles is a lock, JPK is one I'm considering as a POD and reckon he's a great selection. Cotchin is a lock and Murphy is good value for money. Ball is very cheap and too hard to ignore. Rookie choices are fine and you can lock them in after the NAB Cup.

Ruck: Goldy is cheap and a good chcoie, while Berger is a lock.

Fwds: No Buddy is risky, but I think it could pay off. I'm doing an article about him later which should help you (about selecting Buddy). Cox is a good chcoie if Nic Nat is out, Stevie J is a little risky, but is a good POD. Martin is a lock  8) reckon he will step it up in 2013. Byrnes is a good chcoie now at the Dees and good rookie chocies.

Nice team Quinny, I rate it a 8.5/10. Mids are a little weak, but you make up for it with a strong defence, rucks and forwards

Thanks Jroo, great in depth feedback.
No Gaj certainly a risk but can create a lot more depth in my fwd and back line without him while Pendles still provides a great captain option. If I find more rookies that jump out at me during the nab i may turn yaz or Byrnes into a rookie and upgrade a mid to Ablett. Will have to wait and see on that.

And no Buddy i just feel he is prone to a stinker here and there that will create a price slump at some stage.
Stevie J not a lock yet unless he is set to play mid again.

thanks again

No ablett is a huge risk and watch broughtons role. Also not sure ball will make you enough cash other rookies like stevens from the dogs will probably make more IMO

Thanks for the feedback hoon, appreciate it.
See my reply to Jroo for my explination on no Ablett,
Broughton still no certainty but if he plays where I expect him too (across half back/mid) he should push an avg of 90-95.
And ball no certainty either. i just need to wait for Nab cup to see which rookies jump out at me

CRomey

Because of the abundance of mid rookies available I really like the 4 mid prems setup, and I also think Ball will pay big dividends, hence why I've also selected him. On the subject of prems of course not having GAJ is a risk, but the 4 prems you've got you can barely go wrong with, I'm especially liking the JPK pick.

Personally I've been put off Martin, but he's still a chance to turn things around, and it will also be very interesting to see what Mick can do with Yarran, good POD choices. Byrnes another wise pick IMO. Keep an eye on Stevie J.

Overall a well balanced team with some nice unique picks which could certainly pay off. 9.25/10

Nice side here Quinny - Interesting tactic without selecting Ablett or Buddy but compensated by prem selections.  Wi

Def:  4 prems + Yarran very strong. Shaw another strong selction and will be a POD as not in a lot of teams. Hope he can keep his off field dramas under control this year. Just watch Broughtons role in NAB cup in comparison to Harbrow and will give you an idea of which one will be spending more times in mids. Concerned when McKenna says Broughton was traded to shore up defence. Yarran should blossom under Mick.
Mids: 4 prems + Ball. Think Ball will gain $ for you. Have you looked at Koby Stevens at a new club as an alternate mid rookie? Just a slight concern withn Murphys ability to handle the tight tag and will he attract extra this year.
Rucks: Goldy solid and Berger is a lock Rowe there for DPP with Cox,
Fwds: 4prems + Byrnes. Concern with Johnson If last year is any indication starts slow average score against against first 6 round opponents last year was 81.5 which includes 146 v dogs. Maybe an upgrade target rather than a starter. Enough said on Martin and all know risks involved.  Byrnes another pick that may pay off.

Structure 4/4/1.5/4 (Consider Berger .5 atm) Very Sound.

Watch Rookies in NAB cup maybe worth a look at Gorringe for R3 as well in an endeavour to select a playing emergency.

Very Solid team that I rate 8.75/10.
