He would solve a lot of problems if we could slot him into our forward line with the lack of FWD eligible rookies for our teams.

Any chance of him playing round 1?

I can't squeeze him into their 22 at the moment. Will probably be on the emergancy list every week and may get a chance due to injury, however has vest written all over him.

Forward rooks are so thin this year... I'm hoping someone jumps out during the NAB

I have Varcoe & Byrnes as F5 & F6 currently

He was emergency a fair bit last year but I agree I think anytime he gets a chance he is very likely to start as the sub. Can't see Tom Lee starting as the sub so I think he's the best bet at the moment.

FOOTY IS BACK

doubt he will play straight up unless the crows get quite a few injuries ahead of round 1

Well the Crows have 45 of 47 players in full training at the moment so just can't see him fitting in.

I can and it is possible, expect him to play some games this year

B: Shaw, Truck, Reilly
HB: Smith, Talia, NVB
C: Mackay, Thommo, Vince
HF: Douglas, Walker, Wright
F: Petrenko, Jenkins, Porplyzia
R: Jacobs, Danger, Sloane
I: Callinan, Crouch, Otten, Johncock
E: Henderson, Jaensch, Martin, Brown, Lynch, McKernan, Johnston, Kerridge, Bling

Shaw might not be fit for round 1. Otten may miss out, Johncock might be past it. An injury or two in the nab cup might open up a spot for Kerridge if someone like Douglas or Callinan goes down.

The Mongoose

It's been suggested here already, but The Mongoose wants to get his 2 cents in anyway.

Even if he plays round 1, he's no certainty for games after that. This being said, I've got him pencilled in as a high priority trade target for mid season. Law of averages says the Crows will have at least a couple of injuries by this point, which will more than likely see him slot into their best 22.

The word around the Crows is that they rate him extremely highly so I'd be very surprised if he didn't get a string of games at some stage. The trick will be picking when that's going to happen.

Of the Bling already, even after that great write up you gave? :P

I want him to fly under the radar  ;)

If Adelaide get an injury to one of their mids (something that didn't happen last year) who comes in? Kerridge and Tambling are the only 2 mids on that emergency list. Jaesnsch could play on a wing I guess, but Tambling and Kerridge will get games. Crouch isn't going to play 22 games. Spots will open up, and then Bling will shock the world with his brilliance.

Oh he's under the radar alright, so much so the Yanks are naming their new stealth fighter the "Tambling".

You're not the first person to call Tambling a jet, and you won't be the last.

I see Lukey Brown in the 22, meow - looks fairly accurate though
