Who Will Be Essendon's Top Goal Kicker

Seeing as knights has started a new era at windy hill with no Lloyd or Lucas to lead the dons from the front, who will get the most goals this year? new structure and a very young forward line. also a running midfield to consider with winderlich (forward pocket) and stanton taking shots at goal.

my pick would be neagle as he has a strong mark and stays in the goal square.

Don't think Neagle as he is in the same boat as Gumbleton injury prone. Williams looks like he will be the one. IMHO

^^^^^ I secind that, he is now the most experienced forward at the club although I also think Hille/Ryder will do well this year in the goalkicking with them rotating through the ruck

Bit of a toughy this one one but had to go Willo. Apologies any Neagle fans but not convinced i'm afraid . Maybe a threat to Willo = Paddy Ryder , but gonna have to rely on a big spread i feel . Fingers X'ed for Gumbleton .

Hille or Williams, Ryder, love him but no chance and should be our #1 ruck, Gumbleton, Neagle, too raw and have injury and fitness issues, Winderlich too much time in midfield to be a serious chance.

Yeah agree, however I would say Williams would have to actually be #1 goal kicker(30-40 goals) barring a serious injury or a HUGE breakthrough from another forward. Or else he has failed in what he was recruited for.

Willo, what a gun. So glad we picked him up. The type of player who needs confidence and it looks like he has none, at least we know he can carve teams up when he's on song. But early signs aren't good. Happy I think we got the pick that landed us Howlett though, he looks like a clever player, only 21.
