I started this league for ok coaches around the 5k-15k mark. By the end of the season they ranged between 800th and 40k. So it's a bit of a mixed bag really, a few have come back but there's plenty of spares places for coaches ranging from the obsessed to the up-and-comer. Lemme know if you're interested, I'll pm you the code.
