Gray doesn`t look like playing for at least round 1
I`d trade Cox to someone a bit cheaper like Rockliff since you don`t have the ruck link in  your rucks.
I would have either Staker or Broughton in my forward line if you want both so you have the forward back link.
Mids there sre plenty of mid rookies this year so i`d probably scrap Hodge to maybe Wines and use some of that cash to fix your forward line its a bit weak.
Backline is ok but I`d probably scrap Bock to someone more premo i wouldn`t have him as D4.

hodge and gray are almost certain to miss round 1 and bock looks to be underdone as well.
i would bring in murphy, gibbs and maybe martin.
if you need extra cash drop buddy to rocky, who should be in your team
