Been tinkering with it for a few days now and still a long way to go, but happy with what I have so far, looking for peoples thoughts.

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Birchall, Osborne, Goodes, Staker, (Pittard, Docherty,)

Mids: Ablett, Swan, Pendlebury, Kennedy, Murphy, K.Mitchell, Crouch, Omeara (Viney, Graham)

Rucks: Goldstein, Luenberger (Rowe, Witts)

Fwds: Franklin, Cox, Walker, Rockliff, Byrnes, Macaffer (Neade, Lee)

Update again! Gone with a few less midpricers than most I think but happy that it has allowed me to go with the best premiums in most positions. Looking to pick premiums that will be in the top scorers for their position only, with the exception of perhaps Goldstein. A little worried about my backline with three starting rookies, but there just isnt a lot of great premium picks there. I could get rid of a forward premium, but think they will score more than back i could pick up.
Any new tips?

Solid Team

Only think I would do and its just personal would be Broughton to Yarran and Varcoe/Byrnes to a prem you can afford.  Your strategy and team though.

Goodes also needs to be elevated but you will not finalise rookies till week 1.

Got in Yarran as im liking the look of him, that only allows an extra 80k though so not enough for an extra forward premium. But happy with three premos and two of the good midpricers. Got Sandi in which im pretty happy about and hoping he stays a bit of a unique.

pretty good but you're a bit shallow in both the fwds and backs, pretty much because of how stacked your mids are. you could consider making one of swan/pendles an upgrade target, start with fyfe/mundy/ball and use the cash save to make your other lines a bit stronger. just food for thought, but you've got a good basis point to work on here.
