Simple enough
Hanley + mid rookie + Martin
or
back rookie + Beamer/Cotch + Knights
any thoughts?

Jukes

Hanley 86, mid rookie 73, Martin 92
vs
Back rookie 65, Cotchin 118, Knights 80

251
vs
263

I reckon option b.

Back rookies in order of preference: Pittard, Stevenson, Docherty, Staker, Terlich, Goodes.

thefuzz

hahaha you know what Jukes, I used the exact same methodology and got the same result!
here's another one for ya then
what if it was Lake and Buddy instead of Hanley and Martin then (i turned Mayes into a cheaper rookie to free up the cash)

Lake 88, mid rookie 73, Buddy 97
vs
263

258 vs 263

Would still prefer the Cotch/Knights option.

cheers for the advice Jukes
how about this one guys
Hanley and Birch vs Zorko and Lake?
for the record I get 85 + 90 vs 100 + 85 so I think option 2 but option one seems safer. Decisions decisions!

Hanley 86, Birchall 89
vs
Zorko 93, Lake 88

175 vs 181

I'd go Zorks and Lake, riskier but with potentially a higher reward

thefuzz

agreed
it's isn't really a big risk either
I'm quite curious to see how Lake does in the NAB and what his role will be
Cheers buddy

Jesus Jukes, you seem to know what ya on about!

I'd go with option 2 also, no brainer really.

Cicjose

this thread should be in the players and trades section

Jukes

Here's one for you guys,

Byrnes and JSelwood
or
Stevie J and Embley

thefuzz

Cicjose is right Jukes so I'll answer your question then we best move over to the players and trade section
I'd go stevie J and embers (even though I prefer Wines over Embers personally)
65+105 vs 95+ 75... so points wise a draw
I'm skeptical about both Byrnes and Embers but I don't think Selwood will push 115 this year which means I would stay away from him. Don't skimp on your (mid) premiums is one of my only rules of DT and Selwood would be skimping imo.
