I remember doing a SAC on sporting substances legal & non legal.

All supplements aren't legal, some supplements have a banned substance within the supplement.

Like some stimulants aren't banned, like caffeine tablets or cans of coke.

The other problem with these supplements is if they are taken before a night game then how does the player make sure he gets enough sleep and is well rested after the game. Stilnox or sleeping tablets.

Are they over medicating these athletes??
