200 square metre yard with pool. Comes with poolboy but no gardener - As others have said, more space to have over the long term.
30 books of your choice which can be swapped every 3 months - More entertainment and should be able to keep occupied with these and the TV.
Soccer posts and ball - Something to stay fit and have fun with.
2 plates of any dish you want each day, up to 1 kilogram combined - I usually only eat 2 meals a day, so works out perfectly for me :P.
