that makes it sound like I'm on some bandwagon.

I invented to 'no Cotchin' bandwagon :P

I liked the look of him last year, but unfortunately couldn't quite snag him. At his average and age though, there's two ways he can go- up or down.

compared to someone like pendles, who had only upside, I'm just not a fan.

Tambling hasn't been playing the last few games of NAB has he? I wouldn't have though he'd shown enough to get locked in the 22, so that's concerning.

Karnezis only really had the one good game against GWS, I wouldn't be too excited over him..

for me, that leaves byrnes, who might be able to scrape 80 odd, and patton :/

got Rocky Martin Robbo Caffer locked than i cant see anyone else good, be it premo or rookie. I could always drop hartlett to luke brown and than splash some more cash up front. Have 450k to spend at the moment, could bump it up to 700k if downgrade hartlett.

Is 13 keepers (14 if Leuy becomes a keeper) too few to start in my side ? Keeping in mind MOST of them are top of the range in their positions.

Is it worth going something like Whitfield + Lonergan + Wines + Goodes over Crouch + Viney + Embley + Colquhoun (as just an example off the top of my head) to get the 'better' rooks but be a midpricer down ?

so it's mostly a conventional guns and rookies set up? How many midpricers do you have?

I think in that scenario, yeah, top of the range rookies like whitfield should score better, and be subbed less, than someone like colq

The midpricers in the side are Leuy, Byrnes and Varcoe.

I only have 4 premo mids plus a forward o will move over at some point so the good rookies are probably needed for a bit of security.
