Aaaaand while you're here.

Beams 110+ Patton 68= 178

OR

Cloke 92 + Lower 96= 188

#getaroundyourmidpricersyo

Option 2? You're getting more points, and technically cloke could be a keeper if he pumps out a little more. Honestly I think I'm being generous with beams' 110 :P

Yeah you went too mid heavy :P the backline is passable, but the forward really isnt :P I'd drop beams and upgrade vlastuin to a premium, as well as varcoe. I dont rate varcoe for scores much over 70, which you'd get from a decent forward rookie anyway.

Looking for some alternates if tambling cant crack into the team. Have bout 365K without changing my current team atm. What you think of Sam Wright priced @ 344K? Think he could be used on a wing and just crack 80 average.

Honestly, I'd prefer Jacobs or Atley as a roos midpricer- both of them have more of a chance of rotating through the mids than wright.

Def- Goddard, Gibbs, Heppel, Suckling, Pittard, Goodes (Docherty, Stevenson)
Mid- Swan, Ablett, Cotchin, Pendlebury, Embley, Wines, K.Mitchell, O'mera (Lonergan, Viney)
Ruc- Cox, Berger (Daw, Currie)
Fowards- Bartel (Johnson R2), Rockliff, Robinson, Martin, Byrnes, Macaffer (Neade, Rowe)

45k

hey mate, this is my team, any tips for a stronger mid or even just tips in general (second year DTer)

yeah, I like it. I'm not a fan of suckling though- I just see him copping the occasional vest, and I cant see him going 90+ which you would want in that price range, I'd try swapping him out with the left over cash.

Cotchin I'm very suspect about, history shows that young mids who break out to premium nearly always have an off year the following year.

The team's maybe a little cookie cutter, but apart from that, it's pretty solid.

Can you see any way to get murphy back without have to change the structure??

Ziplock

cotchin ---> murphy
Suckling--> whoever.

essendon2

Varcoe + Murphy/Selwood/Redden + Hartlett
vs
Cloke + Moloney + Grimes

Ziplock

I'm going Varcoe + Murphy + Hartlett: should get two keepers out of it, unfortunately I cant see cloke sliding into keeper status just yet.

I really like it- probably the most balanced team I've seen.

I like the trades though- love lids as a unique :P

essendon2

Boyd v Beams
Hartlett v Heppell (D3)
Murphy v Redden v J.Selwood v S.Selwood v A.Swallow v Dangerfield
