First Team. What are your thoughts/ratings?

First go at a team for Season 2013. Looks to be an exciting one with the Draft style, but more importantly, the bevy of midfielders we're allowed to have.

DEF: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, G. Birchall, J. Grimes, N. Bock, B. Staker (S. Colquhoun, D. Terlich)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, M. Murphy, N. Fyfe, K. Stevens, O. Wines, K. Mitchell, B. Crouch (J. O'Meara, J. Viney)
RUC: A. Sandilands, M. Leuenberger (D. Currie, L. McBean)
FWD: D. Cox, P. Ryder, S. Johnson, D. Martin, T. Varcoe, B. Macaffer (S. Kerridge, T. Lee)
CASH LEFT: $96,000

Initial thoughts are:
- Unsure on the 4 rookies on field in mids, could flip D. Martin into there, and find another forward.
- K. Mitchell least known rookie, could change this, to incorporate DPP, who do you suggest?
- Should I go for the 'Floating Donut' concept, of having a non-playing, DPP rookie, in order to do Captain Loophole etc.

Strong team.
Bock is good only if fit round one, id suggest swapping with pederson. He is a must have IMO.
Mids are good, just prefer not to have Fyfe as you want a good solid gun who is proven over at least 2 or more seasons. Consider Swan, Cotchin or Kennedy (Check bye situation here).
I'd have Rockcliffe instead of Ryder or Johnson and swap Varcoe out for either a gun or rookie.
Overall very good just given you my 2 cents :)

DEF: Pretty good, but get rid of Bock, use your money to upgrade to Yarran.

Mid: Good, getting Ball in as M5 would be good, but you'd need to find money from somewhere.

Ruck: Good, watch how Sandilands goes in NAB cup, but might want to bring in someone safer if he's not looking fully fit.

Fwd: Good, I'd swap Ryder out due to his inconsistency, but the rest are all good.
