just a thought

thinking bout taking Mundy down to Kane Lucas.....looks nearly to good to pass up
then taking Byrnes up to Mitch Robinson, seems like he is the weaker of the three forward mid pricers i have and Robbo looks set for a big year under Mick

Ringo

Need to ensure Lucas will be in Blues best 22 under Mick.

Only played 8 games last year was sub in 4 and subbed out in another so a watch brief for me would be advisable.

Mundy 105 + Byrnes 70 say = 175
Wright 100 + Lucas 65 (Has only scored over 70 3 times so far)

colmullet

yeah i was thinking with a few kids coming through at Carlton now (Casboult, Rowe, Bell, Bootsma) he may avoid the vests and is definately capable of putting up an 80+ average if he's pre-season form is anything to go by under Mick

Latest version, let me know what ya reckon guys :) $7,100 in the kitty

Backs: Not Sure on Luke Browns Job Security maybe better off starting Terlich.
Mids: Kane Lucas is the unique pick here he does have a habit of turning it over but scored 106 sc points which is great fr someone at his price.
Rucks: Very Strong
Fwds: Monfries is the query here need an upgrade here e.g Martin

Overall: team has the odd weakness but a pretty good team 8/10

colmullet

Thankx man, yeah Terlich will probably be in the starting side over Brown, we'll see how the chips fall when teams are named as far as who makes up those back 3 starting spots.

Monfries had a shocker last year with vests and things, has moved to a new club and will be used in the middle, can only mean good things for him i would say, has had a solid NAB cup aswell despite a slight injury but is right to go round 1

colmullet

alright should be the last little tinker :p

Moved Cox into the ruck for Jacobs and Rowe into the F8 spot since their probably won't be a playing rookie there. Then ill move in Witts/Blicavs/Currie into the ruck bench pending naming.

Brought in Tex for Cox in the forwards once i moved him out and then moved Monfries up to LeCras who would probably be the safer bet out of those two

Sound good?

The tinkering never ends.

Well after two rounds I've got a few moves in mind.

1: Trade Karney to Dwyer and Kommer to Wingard/Mullet who have both started like houses on fire for their prices and should make decent coin even if they do taper away

2. Trade Karney/Byrnes to Dwyer/Monfries

3. Trade only one of Byrnes/Karney to Dwyer and give the other a chance to perform. If so who would u keep?
