Currently my 1st real attempt since Dream Team opened so here we go

Defence: Goddard, Gibbs, Hartlett, Atley, Yarran, Thurlow (Van Uren, Terlich)

Mids: Ablett, Cotchin, Pendlebury Joel Selwood, Kennedy, Viney, O'Meara, Wines (Hrovat, Lonergan)

Rucks: Goldstein, Leuey (Grundy, Currie)

Forwards: Franklin, Rockliff, Robinson, Wright, Butcher, Troy Menzel (Neade, Lee)

Cash left over $24,900

Some interesting semi uniques in there. Looks very well balanced though.

Not a fan of Yarran personally. The price is ok, but don't reckon he is either potential of premium, or making some cash for you.

Good luck mate!

Slightly hesitant to put in Yarran as well but with Scotland set to miss the first couple of weeks, Yarran could explode.

Then again there are a few players around his price that i have been keeping an eye on this pre season that could replace him.

Appreciate the feedback

Too many risks with H.H, Yarran & Atley. I'd tone it down to two maybe and then a rookie?  ???

Kennedy is more of an SC option. Maybe reconsider?

Like the look of the FWD line. Butcher?  ???

Noz

Am tossing up between Kennedy or Jack for that Sydney gun player with their first 2 games being against GWS and Gold Coast could get some big scores as they did this year against them.

I was thinking of downgrading one of Yarran or Atley to a rookie and upgrade the other to a premium maybe maybe Heppell. I do believe Atley will have a great year however.

John Butcher has entered his first pre season un scathed with injury and set for a great season with an easy first few rounds against Melbourne, GWS, Adelaide, Gold Coast he can set his eyes on some good scores with a nice breakeven leading into round 5 against West Coast which may be a tough game could then lift against North Melbourne and Richmond the following 2 weeks then still with a nice breakeven i will trade him out after his round 8 game against Carlton just before Port faces Geelong in round 9. Hopefully by then he can rise in some value by a bit and be traded out to a fallen premium.
This could be the same strategy for people if they think Schulz is a better option than Butcher.

have a look at Kennedy/Jack's previous scores Jack does a bit better vs weaker teams so i'm going with him

Noz

I am learning towards Kennedy a bit mainly cause I think his untaggable, didnt see many Sydney games last year so don't know if oppositions tagged Kennedy or Jack.

Windigo

Jack is a run with player. Don't reckon they'd tag him.

Made some changes to this team

Selwood - Embley
Kennedy - Jack
Yarran - Duffield
Menzel - Sylvia

Quite happy with this team right now
