Your nearly out of power  :P

Nothing to fault.

Maby jimmy bartel for someone like rockliff or with the coin you have anyone really, im a cats man and had jimmy last year but he is getting on a bit and will probley spend more time up forward than on the ball getting heaps of it

Yeah, Maybe get Stevie J.

ben0-1985

cheers. I performed the "stranger" maneuver last night over this team. several times over!!!

ben0-1985

looking at downgrading Bartel to Sylvia, and upgrading Ball to Fyfe....

Sylvia is way under prices and is capable of having 100+ average. only concern is the role he plays at Melb under new coach.

thoughts????

Windigo

Melb have the same coach as last year?

He averaged over 90 in the last half of the year,

Is supreme value!

Only he has been in the rehab group this preseason, watch him.

ben0-1985

ouch, rehab group.....

don't wanna get mixed up in that already .....

Windigo

Only minor really. But Sylvia=rehab group isn't a good mix.

ben0-1985

yeah. not wrong. doesn't have a great track record....

just keep close eye on him over NAB cup I guess.
see this is good/bad thing about the new trades. worth the risk coz we can just trade him out if he goes down

Colliwobblers

i don't like goldstein for DT, he is a tap ruckman and wins very few possessions but he could repeat 2011? doubtful.

I don't think NRoo is a great selection either but who knows.

other than those two the team is pretty damn good - well done.

I would keep Ball or Embley or Varcoe depending how the 3 go in nab cup all are ultra cash cows.

How much better can fyfe get, I very much doubt for a mid he will hit the elite ranks this season if ever ( elite for a mid as in the top 8 scorers)

and he won't make you much cash so not sure why fyfe for your midfield.

BEAMS and ZORKO for DT glory.

but yeah great team, rooks i ignored as you say we wait for nab cup and round #1 teams to lock those away.

good luck for 2013.

oh and again if i am missing something let me know but goodes is rookie rookie listed? not a round 1 selection for me based on that.

and daniher is too expensive for a first year key fwd i think like patton last season only so much can be expected of him? may be wrong but look for a standout 108k rook in nab cup woule free up 40k + for you.

owenbond007

Didn't blow wad. Very good side. Nearly as good as mine albeit very different.

Windigo

Good summary Colli.

Goodes is rookie listed, but there is a spot for them to upgrade him.

Only a matter of time.  ;)

Solid structure
Nicky Riewoldt is a great pick imo, should average 110 in the first three weeks and, if he can pick up on that confidence, could be in for a magnificent season, remember his 106.5 average in 2009?
Commendable rookie selections
Can't fault your backline at all

Dislikes
Bit of a baaaatastic midfield
Stevie J a much better option than Cox and Bartel, will average up to 8 more than them, at least 3-4 more.

How can you not like Goldstein for dt. Maybe not this year but when he develops fully in his mid-to-late 20s should be a gun ruckman and dt'er. Average of 99 at age 23 is an amazing sign of the future, just needs to nail a few more aspects of his game.

I don't think NRoo is a great selection either but who knows.
Averages 131 against r1 opponent Gold Coast, 98 against R2 Richmond, then plays GWS (never played them before) and the bombers who he averages 109 against. Has averaged over 90 6 times, including a 106.5 in 2009 and 99s in 2007 and 2008 and boasts an impressive career average of a tad under 91. Should be able to put on a fair amount of cash in the first month and a bit of 2013 and I'm going to be straight swapping him to Buddy right before the Hawks play GC, GWS and Melbourne. 110% lock.
