We know what he used to do SC wise, just wondering if he is able to do it again (at a bargain price if he can get 105^)

Yeah, he's in serious doubt to play round 1, so definitely a pass for me.

Was a mid/def a few years back and almost first picked in most teams. Nowadays a permanent mid, injured too much, form a bit inconsistent, and a long way from the top mids. Can't see a scenario where I'd pick him up.
