DEF - The three G's great, Hanley is inconsistent but should start very well  8/10

MID - good but nothing special (Ablett), Gaff is a solid POD, but 95 average at most, I reckon Pendles over Cotch 8.2/10

RUC - McIntsoh could be a great POD but Geelong ruckmen generally don't score well, Ottens for example averaged 94.7, 83.6, 89.4, 81.7 at Richmond and moved to Geelong where his highest average over 7 years was 82

FWD - Not a huge fan, SJ and Rocky are great, better options than Wellingham IMO, Bruest I feel is more of a Supercoacher but could still average 85 - 90, I think drop one of Byrnes of Varcoe   7/10

OVERALL: 7.7/10

I would consider trading Varcoe/Byrnes, Gaff and Embley ($940,100/944,600) for Staker, Ablett and Wines ($931,800)
And maybe go Mayes to Macaffer as well

Make the changes and it should be above 8/10

Also consider:

but yeah i'd downgrade Byrnes/Varcoe then upgrade Gaff
