New Leadership Model for Lions

Looks like the Lions are following some of the other clubs with restructuring their leadership group.

There will be a co Captain with Brownie
2 vice captains
and a Mentor Group

Appointments will be made in the next couple of days so we wait with interest.
My Opinion for what it is worth
co captain Jed Adcock
Vice Captains - Tom Rockliff and Daniel Merrett

Simon Black will lead the mentoring group.

Zorko should be captain. Ticks all the boxes.

Need another 12 months meow. Has leadership written all over him but only played one season so bit soon.

This would be a good set up for us, good mixture of experience and youth there. Redden or Rich might also be there in the leadership group.

He's a jet and looks like a great leader 8) I'd be surprise if he wasn't at least in the group!

Thinking about it now I reckon you can just about lock Rich in to get the co-captain role. He has the look of a great leader, can win games through the midfield, is young and just looks like the man who could take us all the way in the next 8 years.
