Bad luck for him.  :(

- Never considered him for DT though.

Hmmmmm, he could have been a good POD this year. Maybe a late season upgrade target now.

Freo are not having a good run with injuries, are they.

Do you guys actually know how many players are injured?

Mundy - Ankle
Morabito - Knee
Crowley - Pectoral (can still run)
Barlow - Thumb (can still run and appears to be back in full training)
Pav - 3 surgeries after season but is out on track in rehab training
Sandi - Minor surgery but apparently training this week

That's it.

Buts thats a pretty important list Valk. If those guys don't get up for the first few games or come in under done, it will have an impact. I would have thought 3 of your top five important players on that list.

valkorum

The only one from that list the definitely wont play round 1 is Morabito.  I havent heard the full details regarding Mundy so cant comment - the rest of that list will play round 1

Ringo

Just another setback for Freo and their pre season - Will not panic until details of injury are confirmed.

If the injury is serious, this may give a chance to players like crozier or michie :P

Cicjose

crozier and michie are highly rated youngsters out fremantle way pope

crozier hasnt played a lot due to having gladular fever soon after being selected to play

michie has had stress fractures in his foot in both seasons he has been here

The 27-year-old was sent for scans, but later cleared of serious damage.

"Good news, a scan has cleared David Mundy of any damage to his ankle after a scare at training this morning," the Dockers posted on Twitter late this afternoon.

Mundy suffered a serious injury to the same ankle in 2011, ruined the second half of that season and restricting him during the last pre-season, which subsequently affected his form for most of 2012.

Any updates?  Anyone seen him training?

Mundy didnt train today.  I wouldnt expect him to train until either later in the week or next week.
