Other than focusing on who to bring in for Boyd.. What are peoples thoughts on bringing in Koby Stevens? Could easily move K Mitchell to him after swapping Boyd to someone else?

Yeah was just thinking this, and what about Nick Lower as well anyone? COuld he take that inside mid position for the first couple of weeks and pump out some big ones? ???

Yeah true... But Lower did average 98 from his games at Freo last year!! :o

Haha, yeah I've got Koby as well. I just think for an extra 20 k over Whitfield your getting a bloke with good JS, stronger body & okay scoring potential.  :D

boy im happy i went boyd to watson.

really the best options for boyd would be watson stants and mundy.

If you dont have him Lids would be my man. pretty cosnsitent pretty much a young boyd.

I think Koby has the better chance of playing more games than Lachie and not be the sub or anything.

He can get good scores when he's not in the substitute's vest. Stevens was used as the sub more often than not last year but pulled out an 83 in his only full game of the season.  :o

He dominated in the WAFL in 2012. Stevens averaged 20.5 disposals, 4.4 marks and 2.9 tackles in his 15 games for East Fremantle, @ 88 a game.



But on the other hand, Whitfield has some pretty tidy stats as well!  :P

Yeah my thoughts exactly... Chances are, Whitfield will have that cursed Giant's rotation policy going on him, meaning he will get managed game time :'(

THey are impressive stats of Koby's!! :o But yeah Whitto also did reasonable in NAB cup, had some good games including a 90-odd somewhere there...
