These are everyone's scores from the rnd 23.

With those scores we averaged 2173 for rnd 23. It's looking like we've put in our worst average over the last 5 weeks and we may be looking down the barrel at 3rd overall if ive added things up right this time.
Grange76 will get a bit of a shock because when he posted id added it up incorrectly at first and had us claiming #1 so he'll be disappointed, hence his post below saying he hopes im right sadly I don't think I was.
See what happens in the morning but I think were officially 3rd peoples and Dreamers Coolest and DTLive Mob have gone past us
by plenty.
Oh well thats how it goes hey, we did our best but the carnage of rnd 23 outs was to much for us, pretty unlucky as it took that to beat us otherwise we were probably home. Gutted.   :(

What we achieved is good & as a team effort all up. We all scored to best that we could. Round 23 killed us a lot & to the extent more so than others. My case even with 2 trades left still had to field my emergencies in some cases.

Being 3rd is great, first would have been the icing on the cake, but not to be.

So with Grazz's list up a bit we all know who we are, let's come back & nail this in 2016.

To come 3rd is a wonderful result.
I suppose ever since starting Fantasy Footy 12 years ago I have always had league rank as my no 1 goal.
To get there this year seemed possible right up to penultimate round.
To get there for Grazz was first on my thoughts over the last 6 weeks.
This gut wrenching feeling will soon turn to the strong  desire to come back in 2016 to go two places better.

Bad luck everybody, its a sick feeling being so close but we were leading for a while there which was a fantastic effort. I think we had the better teams affected by all the outs which is why we lost in the end imo.

See what we can do next year Champs  :)

my two cents is that you'd always rather be fighting for that top spot if only to come up short than not be in it to win it at all ...  8)   ;)

This is true mate, I probably would of said yes as my previous best was 4th with PackHunters.
The last couple of months has been great, it's given some purpose to my year a year that's been been below par for me personally but what can one do but just except it for what it was, can't change anything now. You just comeback and go again.



First and foremost i'd like to thank each and everyone of you for all of your efforts particularly the last couple of months and

through finals keeping teams updated doing everything needed to give it a shake at #1. We have the commitment here needed

to reach #1 and thats the most important ingredient if it's ever to happen and to a man/woman we did that and for the best part

we did it very well. It took exceptional circumstances in round 23 to knock us off our perch and as hard as that is to swallow the

truth is we are just victims of circumstances that were out of our control and couldn't recover from, it's obvious looking at the

total points for round 23 that we were hit the hardest out of the leagues that had a shot at it and theres really nothing you can

do about that so we'll cop it on the chin and use it to spur us on, im a firm believer that the dream is only ever over when you

say to yourself it's over, it never matters what others say it's what you say thats important and for me the dream is still alive

because I choose to keep it alive and I choose to never give up on it and the only reason it hurts is because we want it so bad

and that gives it meaning it gives it purpose and this is true in life as much as it is here. Those who have never failed have never

tried and that's what stands us in good stead the fact we'll comeback and try again and keep trying.


These opportunities don't come around often so when they do you have to grab them with both hands and give it everything

and we did that and im very happy for that, very happy I had a group that grabbed it and did all they could to get it, im very

grateful to you all for the opportunity an opportunity that wouldn't of been if it wasn't for all of you so for that im very thankful

to each and everyone of you, 2015 for Champs II has been a great ride and ive enjoyed it, the disappointment will pass and

when it does I'll still have 3rd overall, you all will still have 3rd overall so we've got something decent for all the effort, may not

be what we wanted but as Nostra said it is something we would of grabbed if offered it at the start.


I feel for those that had a outstanding year among us, that we couldn't get across the line and give them something special on

top of their great season, those people know who they are and well done to you all on a personal note, outstanding. There will

be those of us left lamenting myself included but I really don't want anyone to feel like they let anyone down because i'd be at

the head of that que and thats no good for anybody. Nobody sets out to have an average year do they but shower happens it's

as simple as that SHOWER HAPPENS and it will happen again but thats because you're prepared to put it all on the line in Fantasy

Footy and the reason some may feel low is again because it means so much, it's pride in what you do, it's the overwhelming

desire to succeed in Fantasy and they are the reasons you are here in Champs II not just because you are my friends but because

you possess all the tools required to have successful years and have done it in the past and will do it again in the future. The best

part about being in a successful league is you get to share it with 15 others involved, it's a team effort and it's a great feeling to

be able share among it. We were successful in 2015 and we did FanFooty proud along with FF Platinum SC #2 overall and

PackHunters AF #7 overall, we are among the best performed leagues from this terrific site in 2015 and that is something we can

all have a bit of pride in I reckon so well done everyone im thankful and proud to of shared it with you and I hope that each of

you are a little proud of what we did here together in 2015, for me you're not just champion coaches you're champion people

and when you boil it all down that's the most important detail right there, the other stuff will look after itself.

So in closing bless you all for saying yes Grazz i'll be part of your league, have a great summer, Xmas, New Years and keep

yourselves safe over the offseason. Some will be around the site some of us will enjoy the time away but most importantly take

care of yourselves and comeback to us in 2016 ready to rock this thing. Cheers everybody.  ;)
