rockliff is a must have, i woudl look at maybee fitting in martin but yeah rocky if you have to choose.

There is no contest. Rocky. As others have said, Martin is still a solid choice.

Rocky imo will average 20+ points more than Martin.
At $440 ish Martin is at an awkward price for me.

imo you're talking about a best case scenario for rockliff, while a more average/ likely scenario for martin. Not really a fair comparison- I dont think martin will average under 90 this year, while rocky should be able to push 100.. his scores are so role dependent though.
