Draft Order in DT draft game?

When do you bite the bullet and pick Lance, Goddard, Gibbs or Rockliffe?

When do you pick your ruck, Maric has to be up there? When to bite the bullet?

Don't know, sure I was involved in the best drafting ever in XV'x ;) but haven't done this and not sure I want to yet, when do you start with the other possision guns?
