i am not sure what essendon2 (aka the new jukes) is up to, but i thought that id help him out a bit.

the It

ur right, it is a pretty standard team and with standard teams come not many risks. however this means that it is even more unlikely you will win the car, as i think u need to some pretty drastic risks to get it. however on the other hand you should still finish top 5000 and with 2 trades every week now u can use this team as a good starting block.

defs: only thing worth pointing out is i am not sold on docherty's job security with there being hanley, goldby, mcgrath, lisle, and staker etc. all fighting for those last few spots in the backline. 8.5/10

mids: nothing wrong here. 9/10

rucks: i think sandi's injuries make him a risk and i have no idea on when rowe will be back let alone trying to get a spot with 3 other big men in the team - maybe someone like grundy instead 7.5/10

fwds: a bit different but in a good way. 8.75/10

overall: 33.75/40

rucks: stock standard. 8/10

fwds: nice selection of mid pricers mixed with premiums and potential breakouts. i also like the flexibility of having staker in the fwd line. 8.5/10

overall: 33.25/40

defs: very interesting, there is a lot of potential there and i think at least one of either atley or yarran will have a breakout year. 8/10.

mids: i think there is one too many mid pricers, and i think u replace one of ur rookie's with either viney, mitchell or crouch. 7.75/10.

rucks: having setanta is interesting - if he is right for round 1 then go for it. 8.25/10

fwds: probs the best part of ur team, good PODs and bench. 8.75/10.

overall: 32.75/40
