cheers essendon2 I'm sure you'll do a great job.

have a go at mine,

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Lake, Goodes, Thurlow, Stevenson (Terlich, Colquhoun)
Mids: Cotchin, Pendlebury, Stanton, Redden, Murphy, Thomas (DPP), O'Meara, Viney (Mitchell, Jones)
Rucks: Goldstein, Leuenberger (Witts, Gawn)
Forwards: Cox, Johnson, Rockliff, Wright, Cloke, Mayes (Menzel, Lee)
$1,500 left.
the man himself  ;D i'd feel bad if i dissed your team, even if it was shiit  ;)

DEF: As I said, you need to have atleast 2 of the 3 G's and you've done that, tick. Your man Lake; I was pretty keen on having him, but then this drunken Sorrento scandal hit and yeah... I'm sure you've got your reasons. Only the 3 guns too... means other areas will be stronger 7.75/10

MID: 6 Guns! jeez. 4 will go 110+, 1 will go 105+ and Thomas will go 100+. I love Pendles and Redden. Cotch isn't my type, but will still be super. Stanton is your man, I know, I just hate how inconsistent he is! If he works out how to break a tag, he will finish top 8. IMO I think you need one of Swan/Ablett just so you have a reliable Captain option. Thomas was still in a moonboot a week ago, and just returned to training, monitor. 9.25/10

RUC: Stock Standard. I like how you've already got Witts ;) 8/10

FWD: Literally cannot fault. Love your first 4! Cloke is a high risk/high reward player - it's something about KPP's that doesn't sit well with me, but we all know he does have the potential to got 95+ 9.25/10

Overall: A bit of weak DEF, but you do make up for it in other areas! I'd probably rather Mundy, Fyfe or Bennell to Thomas, just because of his injury worries over the past few months. Other than that, really like the team mate. 34.25/40

P.S, how'd I go with the analysis?

roti

DEF: B. Goddard, J. Grimes, B. Gibbs, G. Broughton, J. Pittard, B. Goodes (L. Stevenson, D. Terlich)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, T. Cotchin, S. Pendlebury, J. Redden, P. Dangerfield, O. Wines, J. O'Meara, B. Crouch (N. Hrovat, J. Viney)
RUC: A. Sandilands, M. Leuenberger (M. Daw, M. Gawn)
FWD: T. Rockliff, D. Thomas, M. Robinson, D. Martin, T. Varcoe, B. Staker (T. Lee, T. Membrey)
11k

I like this team, I've chosen someone on every line who could go bang in a bad way and if not i can sideways or downgrade them
Early on
Broughts- potential to easily be top 6 back
Danger- averaged 125 last quarter of the season
Sandi- best scoring ruckmen in dt, if he struggles or gets injured ill have plenty of options
Martin- has the potential to be comfortably a top 6 forward, and will be, just a question of when, perfect person to take a punt on with these rules

Cheers man

Jukes

Cheers. Yeah you're doing good :D just keep reminding people to stop spamming the thread with teams, it gets overwhelming at points, see why I stopped :3

Tear this little baby apart :)

TEAM NAME: Franks Fury
DEF: B. Goddard, J. Grimes, B. Gibbs, P. Duffield, B. Staker, J. Thurlow (S. Docherty, D. Terlich)
MID: T. Cotchin, J. Selwood, J. Redden, P. Dangerfield, M. Murphy, J. O'Meara, J. Viney, B. Crouch (C. Richardson, N. Hrovat)
RUC: M. Leuenberger, T. Goldstein (S. Rowe, M. Gawn)
FWD: S. Johnson, T. Rockliff, M. Wright, J. Roughead, N. Riewoldt, B. Macaffer (B. Dick, T. Lee)
CASH LEFT: $45,800
DEF: The 3 G's! + Duffman who has the potential to average 95+ if he secures that Half back flanker role. Can't fault. 9.25/10

MID: 5 guns seems one of the most popular ways to go this season! I really like the picks of Murphy and Redden, they both should go 110+. Don't know why people keep saying Danger can't improve, he's like 22 and had a massive end to the year. Can easily go 110+. I'm not so sure on Selwood, he's a bit like A. Swallow, Judd and Priddis, all great players, just not DT'ers. Maybe look at getting Pendles? 8.75/10

RUC: Stock standard. And as I've said, hearing plenty of good things about Witts, try and get him in there for Gawn. (Rowe has DPP) 8/10

FWD: Absolutely love it! Roughead is a great POD, and IMO isn't being picked enough. I'd probably rather Cox than Stevie Jay, but it's personal choice. I've also got NRoo atm, keep him quiet  ;) If Macaffer gets games, he should average 60-70. Maybe go Staker --> Pittard & Macaffer --> Staker. 9.5/10

Overall: Really well rounded team mate! Especially love the DEF and FWD! 35.5/40 p.s. best team so far

The Unreal Squids

Defenders- Goddard, Gibbs, Broughton, Pittard, Thurlow, Stevenson
(Terlich, Docherty)

Midfielders- Ablett, Swan, Pendlebury/Cotchin, Redden, Murphy,  Embley, Wines, Crouch
(O'mera, Viney)

Rucks- Mcintosh, Leuenberger
(Grundy, McBean)

Forwards- Johnson, Cox, Rockliff, Martin, Kennedy, Menzel
(Staker, Mcaffer)

Cash Left- $19,400

undecided on Cotchin or Pendlebury
DEF: 2/3 G's, tick. Broughton = high risk/high reward - as I've said, could go 95+, but could flop and average low 80's. Only 3 guns.. 8/10

MID: Finally! Both Ablett and Swan, big tick. I'd go Pendles over Cotchin purely because Pendles has proven that he's a uber premium; he is also undervalued! Wow, and Redden + Murphy... love them both, should go 110+. Embley to average 85+, lock. Absolutely beast MID, 5 Guns + Embley. 9.75/10

RUC: Hmmm, McIntosh is an interesting one. Windigo is all for him atm, but I just think he's way too injury prone for my liking. Witts > Grundy at this point too! 7.9/10

FWD: Cox, Rocky, Stevie J & Martin! Love the 4 and think they'll all go 95+, probably even 100+. I had Kennedy in my team for a while, almost had him locked after the DoDT article, but I had a quick look over his 2011 scores and he's just way too inconsistent! I'd rather Knights/Varcoe + $$$ atm - watch them all closely. 9/10

Overall: Another great team, can't get over that MID! The 3 guns in DEF does lower your score at first, but the rest of the field has, no doubt, made up for it 34.65/40

Hall of Fame Fanplanner squad in the Dream Team competition coached by Hally25547. Salary cap left: $29,800.

Brendon Goddard, Bryce Gibbs, Greg Broughton, Jasper Pittard, Brett Goodes, Jackson Thurlow
Sam Docherty, Dean Terlich

Gary Ablett jnr, Dayne Beams, Trent Cotchin, Brent Stanton, Marc Murphy, Kane Mitchell, Brad Crouch, Jaeger O'Meara
Nathan Hrovat, Jack Viney

Aaron Sandilands, Matthew Leuenberger
Sam Rowe, Daniel Currie

Lance Franklin, Jimmy Bartel, Tom Rockliff, Dale Thomas, Dustin Martin, Troy Menzel
Brent Staker, Tom Lee
DEF: Same DEF as the last team I analysed! 8/10

MID: Another 5 gun MID! It's overwhelming for me as I've only got 4 guns + Embley  :-[ haha! Ablett, Beams, Cotchin and Murphy will all no doubt be in the top 8, come seasons' end. I'm a little unsure on Stanton at the moment, started like a house on fire last year, but finished as early as Jim Levenstein  :P. 9/10

RUC: Finally! Someone different. I love the Sandi inclusion, I don't even care if he's injury prone. He's a flowering jet. Just try and get Witts in! 8.75/10

FWD: About time Franklin is in a team! He was the highest averaging FWD and does deserve a F1 spot. I don't like Thomas, purely because of his injuries (was in a moonboot at training a week ago). Bartel is so consistent, he has to be loved. Martin will average 95+. Menzel could be a great pick up! Watch NAB Cup closely. 9/10

Overall: Wow, there hasn't been a "non-great" yet, and no, I'm not just saying that. Well rounded and I love the inclusions of Sandilands, Murphy and Bartel. 34.75/40

TEAM NAME: T Dog
DEF: B. Goddard, M. Suckling, P. Hanley, H. Shaw, B. Staker, J. Pittard (D. Terlich, D. Van Unen)
MID: D. Swan, G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, C. Judd, L. Ball, A. Embley, K. Mitchell, B. Crouch (J. O'Meara, N. Hrovat)
RUC: T. Bellchambers, M. Leuenberger (M. Gawn, C. Sinclair)
FWD: D. Cox, T. Rockliff, M. Robinson, T. Cloke, R. Gray, C. Knights (T. Lee, B. Kennedy)
DEF: Hmm Suckling and Shaw.. probably the 2 most inconsistent DEF players you could've picked! :-\ I like Goddard and Hanley, but as I say, you should have "2 out of the 3 G's." 8/10

MID: Yes! Swan and Ablett, big tick! Pendles another tick! Judd, god no. Overrated as a player, and he's a terrible Dt'er too! Ball is another great choice, should average 90+ - Embley is a lock, will average 85+ for sure! Get rid of Judd and you'll have a great MID 9/10

RUC: I like the pick of Bellchambers, he looked really likely of a breakout last year, but he was just on the edge. We know it'll happen soon, hopefully for your sake it is in 2013! Gawn --> Witts please  ;) 8/10

FWD: Rocky, Cox and Robbo, IMO will be all in the top 5 fwds of the year! I do like Cloke, he does have the potential to go 95+  but I would prefer Sylvia! I'm not so sure on Gray, he is the biggest jet, but he so unlucky with injury, and is in doubt of Round 1. I like Knights too! 8.5/10

Overall: Nice team, however, just needs a few tinkles! 33.5/40

DEF: The 3 G's! + Hanley + Broughton, Jesus! 9.75/10

MID: Faultless, Ablett, Pendles, Redden, Cotchin and Murphy... all will average 110+ 9.25/10

RUC: Stock standard. Just get Witts in!  :P 8/10

FWD: Robbo + Rocky will go 100+. Tex is a bit iffy, I like Knights and Varcoe too. I'd just rather have 3 set and forgets + 2 MP's than, 2 Guns + 1 semi-premium + 2 Mp's! 8/10

Overall: Really strong DEF and MID! Nothing wrong with the team, but maybe to make it a bit more evenly spread, downgrade Broughton --> Pittard (300k), then go Macaffer --> Martin! If you did that, this team could be a 36+ 35/40

MID: 5 guns! IMO I'd rather Murphy over Danger, but as you said he averaged 120+ in his last 1/4 of the season! 9.25/10

RUC: Sandi! WEEEW 8.75/10

FWD: Rocky + Robbo, both will be in the top 5 FWD's! Daisy just got out of a moonboot a week ago, and always has injury problems; he's also very inconsistent! I'd downgrade him to Wright or Sylvia, then upgrade Varcoe --> Knights! 8.5/10

Overall: Another fantastic well rounded team! Nothing to fault really, love the inclusion of Sandi. Just would like to see Daisy gone haha ;) 35.75/40 - new high score  8)

DEF: A lot of these DEF are the same  :o haha 9.25/10

MID: Absolute adore this. Nothing to say 9.75/10

RUC: Don't know much about Vardy.. with McIntosh playing, will he still score reasonably well? 7.5/10

FWD: Cox + Rocky + Robbo should all average 100+. I can Sylvia going 95+ especially after he averaged 91.7 in his last 7 games! Hmmm 2 rooks, not too sure though. 8.25/10

Overall: MID is super strong! Again, nothing wrong with this team, and I obviously don't know which structure is going to work best, but from what I've seen, the FWD rooks don't have the best JS, so maybe downgrade Murphy/Fyfe --> Embley and upgrade Macaffer to Cloke/Knights 34.75/40
