He only had 19 disposals or more on 7 occasions in 2012 and they where 24, 19, 20, 21, 19, 19 and 23 disposals for scores of 129, 124, 113, 103, 90, 128 and 90 and an average of exactly 111! And according to this article: http://www.afl.com.au/news/2013-01-05/a-little-like-gary he looks to be getting more Midfield time in 2013. This is great news as a Hawks supporter but also because he will certainly pump out a lot more 19+ disposal games! And if so he could take his average up to 100! I currently have him locked in at F4 (My only hawks player in my squad)

So what are your thoughts on him?

Samm79

Definitely considering him, love the way he plays too. Surely he has to improve again in 2013? Should play all games too.

He will definitely improve! Its just a matter of how much and i think he is capable of a 15ppg increase. Barring injury or being rested (depending on where Hawthorn are on the ladder come Round 20ish) he will certainly play 22 games.

Ricochet

I have only jumped on him in the last couple of days. The potential is definitely there, just needs that extra midfield time to rack up the possies

SHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Hahaha i was tossing up whether or not to write this because i would love him to be a POD too.

Adamant

He will be a great POD, 90-95+ average on the cards IMO.

13Brummy

Love the way he plays and was interested by the article comparing him to ablett.  definitely considering him.

shorty3264

Also worth a note he averaged 103 in the finals series.

I didn't know that, sounds promising!

Footyrulz

I have considered him very closely.  Currently choosing between him, wellingham and wright as a unique. Leaning towards wright as I'm just a bit worried that bruest will actually break into hawthorn's midfield.

SHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had him in the first team I made. He hasn't left.

My Chumps

Does look a good prospect, but there are a lot of good options around his price range...

quinny88

Scores well because he always hits the scoreboard too though which will be less often if he plays mid.
Definitely a player to consider

mpollock

Really needs to be considered in conjunction with L.Jetta and Christensen i think ... one of these three may make a nice POD ...

Not sold on having any of these three as my forth forward but would love to fit Breust in as my 5th forward depending on team balance ...
