Dan Han won it, not a PB but still ok.

Worth a read for all Swans fans, but the best bits

Lamb and Cunners improving
QuoteHannebery noted a marked improvement in a number of his team mates since their return to pre-season training, in particular Jed Lamb and newly elevated rookie Harry Cunningham.

“I think (Jed) Lamby came back in good knick, but I think skills-wise, I’ve been really impressed with Harry Cunningham. He’s come back and is running really well but his skills are super,” he said.

and Bolton finished 9th in the time trial
Quote3km Top Ten: Dan Hannebery, Alex Johnson, Dane Rampe, Ryan O’Keefe, Jarrad McVeigh, Craig Bird, Shane Biggs, Tony Armstrong, Jude Bolton, Luke Parker.

Go Armstrong!

Any word on how he's been training so far tabs? Will he get more opportunity this year? He looked good in the matches when he didn't start as the sub...

Cicjose

when did cunningham come off the rookie list?

During this years draft. Used the last pick of the draf (pick 107) to do it :)

My Chumps

Good to see Hanners and AJ up front!

ROK, get on this boy in 2013. Injury free for the first time in a long time and now an inside mid. Won't get tagged, numbers stack up well from last year in sc.

Capper

to tell you the truth, i wasnt expecting the likes Bolton, ROK, McVeigh or AJ to be up there in the top 10. I was expecting both Jack's and cunners to be up there.

It will be interesting to see what the best 22 will be at the start of the season.

Will Morton get a game? When will Rohan come back in?

kilbluff1985

hmm that's interesting ROK does pretty well vs GC/GWS might be worth starting him

Could have had this before I traded you ROK and McVeigh in British  :-[ :-[ All good with trade though

Cunners shaping as a smokie for round 1. Gonna be a vest candidate though....

I dont think i have the balls to pick Hanners even though I think he is going to lift again this year....

I dont like the sounds on Hanners lifting anything with those shoulders
