Yeah dont see the point in getting either if you dont feel they can be keepers. Both should avg 110+ if injury free

Exact same combo! With Ryder and NicNat forward if one proves unreliable.

Keeper27

going with the stock standard Goldy/Leuey Combo.

love mumford, had him a few years back and killed it, started off with him too last year.
if fit and firing i wouldnt be surprised if he got back to the 110+ mark easily

Yeah same for me.

Goldy and Berger.

Mumford may be cheap and capable of big scores, but he is just not durable enough.  17 games is the most he has ever played in a season.

Last year I had Coxy and Giles from R1.  then mid season I bought Goldy, and Giles became R3 for the rest of the year.  These blokes gave me no headaches whatsoever.

I gave mummy a wide berth last year for this very reason.  He simply misses too many games.  Over half of the coaches in my league had mummy from the start, and I recall their frustration as he was late withdrawl after late withdrawl.  I watched most of them trade him out early in the season, and some even traded in Kreuzer.  Then they tore their hair out for a different reason, when he delivered scores in the 60's.

Durability.  Scoring potential.  Price.

Goldy has all 3.  Berger has the last 2.  Coxy has the first 2.

I will look at starting Goldy and Berger in the ruck, with Coxy as a forward.  when Nic Nat returns, I will consider bringing him in as a ruck to be a swingman with coxy, and look at making berger R3, for emergency, but only after all other lines are full of premiums.

That's the long term plan, so hopefully the 30 trades will allow me this luxury.  It will also be great for us to be able to start an emergency in the ruck this year.
