Lids 112 + Patton 65
vs
Scooter 101 + Varcoe 75

Too close to call, (a) wins on points but (b) has much less risk.

Hmmm, yea, couple of hard decisions there! Thanks for your input, both.

Though, Toga, you had Karnezis as 72 for one team and 82 for another :) If you have them both the same, Option A is ahead by 2...

84 is a big call for burger though, and if I knew he would get 84, he would be an instant lock... his preseason has been beyond terrible though.

Hmm, given that, leaning towards Cox & Currie - Per calculations, Burger needs 80 to 85 to break even with Currie + Cash.... and I'm not sure Burger can do that.... but, I'm pretty confident burger won't start with 85-90+.... so, at worst, I'll "break even" by starting Currie, and at best I'll be ahead.

Lids and Lyon v Scooter and Varcoe is doing my head in though.

Oops sorry mate ::) Bit of a typo, I reckon he will be at 82...

Across the season I reckon Leu will be mid 80's BUT as you say will probably start slower than we would've hoped so your strategy might just work out :)

That's Jaryd Lyons (Adelaide)? Are you even sure he's in their best 22?

Np.

Not 100% sure, but, I think he is best 22 - not 100% sure will certainly be played every week though... The alternative in the price range is Patton...... and, with Macaffer on the bench, if Lyons does not play, Macaffer should just come on and save the day... as opposed to Patton playing and potentially scoring 50 :P

Toga

Yeah fair enough. I've also had a look at Aaron Young (PTA) - is $170K and has been decent in NAB cup so far (wasn't as good last night thought)... Just food for thought, he's another option that you could look at. :)

And Hayden Crozier - reckon he's also pretty good value priced at a touch over $175K as well...

Pittard, Vlastuin or Stevenson in context of:

Value

Note:
The one selected will be my D5 along with Goodes in D6
