NSW are currently playing WA and WA are 7/231 and Smith hasnt bowled a ball.

Yeah, I'm not really understanding this. Someone like a Joe Burns or Callum Ferguson should have replaced Clarke in the ODI, not Maxwell.

What does everything think of Wade opening as he did yesterday?

I actually quite like it, as him and Warner can be a very aggressive opening partnership and get us off to a great start. I think Hughes is good at 3, as he can be attacking if he comes in later, or as he was yesterday he can play the anchor role for the innings and bat through.

You know the more I am seeing of Phil Hughes, the more I think he can become a real long term number 3 option for us in test matches and ODIs.

I like Wade opening, he did it when he debuted in T20, and made 70.

Christian has been suspended because of him damaging the rooms in his last shield game I believe. I think he is right to go back next Shield game.

Also I read that Richardson was left out because of his bowling action taking him onto the pitch in the ODI. Something about them trying to get the action right before he returns to domestic cricket I think.

Nah Christian was eligible, he served his ban in the last Shield game.

He should be in the SA side over Worrall... Darren Berrry loves spin so they should play two quicks, Lyon, Botha and Christian
