Add something to a game of sport be it a rule or adaption and the first thing anyone will do is to see how it can be exploited to ones advantage, only natural really as that's what we'll do with Dream Team in 2013 etc. DRS should never of been given to the players to decide when or how its used as exploitation was always going to occur. Leaving two for the bowlers i agree with as i see that less exploitable. I think the day will come when a umpire will no longer raise a finger unless a decision is blatantly obvious but he'll raise two hands and draw a square thus stating he feels the appeal has merit and therefor reviewable by the third umpire. Its a change in the game i probably never wanted to see but if we are going to have DRS to stop the howlers lets use the rule to it's full advantage because at the minute even with DRS we are still getting howlers such as Warners and Henriques. Good rule poorly executed. Lets face it even when the opposing team gets a howler given against them we still get annoyed as in certain instances it can take the gloss off a victory because we are left thinking "well if he wasn't given out through a shocking decision the result may well of been different".

Clarkey has rolled his ankle at training. Looks in doubt for the last ODI. No other specialist batsman in the squad ready to take his place.

Thats taking the rotation policy a bit far though isnt it, rolling his ankle like that!!

Yeah the weathers all good down here today tbag

Awesome thanks mate! I'd say we need another Warner show piece with Clarke gone

This time he won't have him stealing his review so he can go on and get the ton 8)

Any other changes? Suppose i'll go and have a look

Capper

i looked at the weather report yesterday and its meant to rain all week except today which is good!

BB67th

Batting lineup is going to be very shaky with no Clarke in it. It will look something like this

Warner
Hughes
Bailey
Hussey
Maxwell
Wade
Henriques

Not a very strong top 7 at all, and we really need a solid opening partnership today if we are any chance to win at all. I wouldn't mind seeing us chase for once either. Bowl well at the Sri Lankans and get them on the back foot early!

I think Starc, Mckay and Johnson all deserve their spots over him at this stage.

Capper

i was actually quite surprised that Cutting was added to the squad since he wasnt able to finish his overs against Sri Lanka

I don't know why we are more tied down in our scoring on this flat pitch with no seam or swing when we scored at a higher rate in Sydney and Adelaide. Hussey coming in now is showing them how to do it. Still with all those wickets still in the bag, a score of 250 still seems clearly in reach.
