Is Ablett really a lock?

Given his history I wouldn't call it a rookie mistake... A mistake perhaps yeah, but he was in most of the good teams.

In my opinion u have to have the best scoring player in the game. the price is irrelevant if he will score the same as last year.

if u have compare for example pendles + kennedy to mitchell + ablett.

they are about the same price altogether and put together about the same scores, but the second option comes out on top due to the captain component.

pendles (130 points) + pendles (130 extra as captain) + kennedy (120) = 380

ablett (140) + ablett (140) + mitchell (110) = 390

10 extra for every round of the year = and extra 250 points. ill take that!

Can't believe some of you actually even contemplate if he is a lock. HE IS THE BEST PLAYER FOR SUPERCOACH FULL STOP AND HAS BEEN FOR A LONG TIME NOW.

If you dont think his a lock then don't get him and suffer the scores that could of been. Ridiculous thread.

Didn't he kill it last year against the hawks? I remember losing one of my finals and it was a hawthorn game cause the other guy had him and I didn't.

No taggers for hawks... could hit his BE easily this week... which is bad news for me since I still can't afford him lol!
