so do you just turn on your laptop and then click on fanfooty and it starts?

Explain the process of getting on to fanfooty so i know what you are doing

Ok  first i turn it on then log into my log in as my son and wife use it so we all have a log in. then i have a shortcut to FF and i double click on that and up comes FF mate.

is there a blue "e" with a yellow arc? orange circle?

trust me you are not an idiot, i work with people that should know about computers and they dont, which is a worry. Most computers dont like people, so its just a matter of trrying to get your computer to like you

No nothing like that mate, at the top left hand corner i have your 2 blue circles with white arrows for going back and forth from page to page etc the next to that i have the http:// address thingo below that i have only the FF Tab as thts all im logged into then below that i have the Google task bar thats all i have mate. Sorry i know im not alot of help here. :(

ok Grazz, l hope this helps. l have both Google Chrome and lnternet Explorer

lf l log on with Explorer l cant see your avatar, but if l log on with Chrome l can

.....so the only thing l can deduce is that you have lnternet Explorer, and it seems that must be where the problem lies

Yeah I'm using Internet Explorer, so that has to be the reason... ::)
