Hey mate any feedback would be appreciated.
Liking the other reviews great job!

Team Name: Reckless Rejects
DEF: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, H. Shaw G. Broughton, J. Pittard, S. Docherty
(S. Colquhoun, D. Terlich)

MID: G. Ablett, J. Watson, P. Dangerfield, T. Cotchin, L. Ball, O. Wines, N. Hrovat, B. Crouch
(J. O'Meara, J. Viney)

RUC: T. Goldsteinr, M. Leuenberger
(M. Daw, B. Grundy)

FWD: L. Franklin, D. Cox T. Rockliff, D.Martin, T. Varcoe, J. Daniher
(T. Lee, B. Staker)

CASH LEFT: $20,300

Thanks, appreciate the compliment :)

Def, i like all your player choices 4 solid premos :) is my preferred structure rookie choices are good to give this line 10/10

Mids, i have a slight problem with you only have one premo who does not have a round 13 bye this is a bit of a worrybut i do like your player choices, structure and rookies give this line 9/10

Rucks, Standard cant complain 10/10

Forwards, think you will do well here nice player choices and good structure give it 9/10

so that's 38/40 very nice :)

suggestions i have is drop Watson or Dangerfield for a round 12 bye mid like JPK, Jack or Swallow

also a strategy i'm considering is only starting 3 premo defenders and adding another forward premo i'm considering this because there are so many rookie defenders that look good and not many rookie forwards that look like they will get games i'll post a team below showing this strategy i think it looks pretty strong

TEAM NAME: FIGJAM
DEF: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, G. Broughton, N. Vlastuin, L. Osborne, B. Goodes (J. Pittard, S. Docherty)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, T. Cotchin, K. Jack, N. Fyfe, L. Ball, O. Wines, B. Crouch (J. O'Meara, J. Viney)
RUC: T. Goldstein, M. Leuenberger (M. Daw, M. Gawn)
FWD: T. Rockliff, S. Johnson, D. Thomas, D. Martin, S. Wellingham, B. Staker (T. Lee, B. Kennedy)
CASH LEFT: $53,400

don't pay to much attention to the players just the structure lol

Thanks for the feedback!
Yeah I don't really have a bye structure at the moment to be honest. As good as the rookies look I'm always a lil pessimistic.

If I were to go the 3 Prem defenders strategy. I would get rid of Shaw for Osborne. MIDs would remain the same and my FWDs would have to be super premium so get rid of Martin + Varcoe for Nic nat + Stevie J. Though that isn't going to make any money but its less risk. Still not the best structure lol

Made some modifications, what do people think?

Def: B.Goddard, B.Gibbs, H.Shaw, G.Broughton, N.Vlastuin, B.Goodes (D.Terlich, S.Colquhoun)

Mid: GAJ, JPK, M.Murphy, N.Fyfe, L.Ball, O.Wines, S.Mayes, B.Crouch ( J.O'Meara, J.Viney)

Ruck: HMac, Berger (M.Daw, S.Rowe)

Fwd: Buddy, D.Cox, J.Roughead, T.Rockliff, M.Nicoski, B.Staker (S.Kerridge, T.Lee)

$34,400 left
Rookies as always decided by NAB and Round 1 lists. Mainly interested in thoughts on the rucks, big risk takin 2 injured players but their scoring potential far exceeds their price if they can handle it...

Def, think your spending a bit to much cash here with Shaw i'd drop him to someone cheaper not to mention all of your 4 premos are are round 13 bye players :o give this line 8.5/10

Mids, like all your player choices but might be weak against some other teams give it 9/10

Rucks, not a real HMAC fan but could work out give it 9/10

Forwards, don't like having all three of Roughead, Buddy and Cox would like to see a M/F instead of Roughead and i'd prefer Varcoe over Nicoski give this line 8/10

so that's 34.5/40

team needs a bit of work to make it look better just take on board my suggestions above :)

Mids... Ablett , pendles , danger , shuey , mundy , Stevens , wines ,,couch , (  omeara , viney )
Fwds ...nicnat , rockliff , Martin , Siposs , varcoe , stacker ( Daniher , mccaffer )

Waiting on mcintosh to be ok . .

Def, not a fan of Bock at all prefer a rookie seeing as though there are so many good rookie defenders to choose from also all of your non rookie players have round 13 byes :o give this line 8/10

Mids, like your player choices but if Mundy does not fire it could be really weak against some other teams give this line 9/10

Rucks, HMAC could work bit risky with Luey to though give this line 9/10

Forwards, will have to monitor Nic Nat to make sure his ok after having pre season surgery good pick if fit though but think this line is a bit weak and lacks firepower 8/10

so that's 34.5/40

i'd drop Bock for a rookie and spend the cash in the forward line

also wondering why you have no DPP link for Nic Nat to the rucks

Thanks Kilbluff. Ringo called me on my bye set up, last year I planned meticulously around the byes and then it turned to crap pretty quickly when players started dropping, this year I'm less concerned - all round 13 bye players gives me ~10 rounds to see what happens, who's price changes etc before I have to tackle it. I've got extra trades and only have to field 18 players in bye rounds, so that really doesn't worry me.
Mids I'm hoping that either fyfe and ball smash it and become keepers, or that they bump up their prices enough that they become straight swaps later in the season for a prem. Anyhow, thanks for feedback, will review...
Had a question mark over Roughy so will take a second look at him.

vmac66

Tks for the feedback , will look at swapping out bock , was concerned with the fwd line also . . .
Hmac could change for a cox , roughy , Ryder etc . .
I picked nicnat as a fwd , as will score as well as most , also considered the above rucks as Fwds also . .

Def, like your player choices but think your spending to much cash here with Pederson enough defender rookies to choose from so don't think you need him give this line 9/10

Mids, i think Montagna is a bit risky for your M4 spot think there are better options otherwise i like it and give it 9/10

Rucks, Ryder could be a good pick IF he plays every game lets hope he does give this line 9/10

Forwards, this line is suffering due to cash being spent elsewhere which i don't like give this line 7/10

so that's 34/40

main problem is your spending to much cash in defense and not  enough up forward considering there are plenty of defender rookies that look like they will play i prefer going cheap in defense and premo up forward where there are not to many rookies that look like they will play

kilbluff1985

structure wise i like it much better but i think there are better options then NDS try and get a up and coming mid for that spot like Redden, Shuey, Fyfe. Ebert, Greene, even Judd all these blokes have room to improve but i have no confidence NDS will

Riewoldt thing his best games are past him also i'd prefer a M/F type player here anyway like Thomas

i am a big believer in picking players i think will either hold there average or improve it and those blokes getting older i doubt they can i'm even uneasy about Bartel think there are better options them him to like Stevie J or Thomas for example

Def, i like the structure and player choices but all your non rookie players have a bye in round 13 could be a problem rate this line 9/10

Mids, Really like your player choices and the structure cant really fault this line at all give it 10/10

Rucks, i like the Sandilands pick if he stays on the park a bit risky but could pay off big time hard to believe he is a POD :) give this line 10/10

Forwards, besides McBean i like all your player choices and the structure very unlikely McBean will play very skinny give this line 9/10

so that's 38/40

very nice team mate change McBean for someone decent and swap someone for a non round 13 bye player for defense and it would be perfect for me i reckon

put Staker up forward for McBean then you get DPP and get Goodes at the Bulldogs in defense
