the current line up is not worthy of being labelled "Summer's Biggest Party"
Australia's Biggest Dress Up party in Adelaide :O That'll be fun to go to. Regardless of who's playing.

Don't forget the Lankans are actually good at ODI's, and they'll push the Australian XI whoever is playing.

Yeah, the Lankans can actually play One Day cricket. However, they'll want some of their players back from injury.
Will Malinga play either the 50 over or T20 for Sri Lanka, does anyone know??
He will play all the limited overs games for Sri Lanka.

Not a fan of the rotation policy as it is now, gone overboard a bit. I said in another thread i remember Max Walker, Merv Hughes and Len Pascoe could run in all day of a test match because thats how the trained. They bowled everyday at matchboxes  or coins on the practice wickets when no batsmen were available or needed. Didnt ball flat knacker in the nets just rythm, muscle memory etc. These blokes didnt look like the 6 pack Adonises we have running in today. Theyve gone to far one way with sports science in Cricket. Training pace bowlers and the weight sessions they do these days is wrong imo. Old school was better but needed a modern upgrade i wont argue that, alot of it is great diet general fitness etc. They've screwed up some good players though Watson, Brett Lee come to mind. Pace bowlers too have to realise its not all about running in a bowling flat out every delivery, you need to bowl long spells within a comfort zone of pace and rythm.Use your top pace as a weapon. Bowlers belong out in the nets bowling, resistance training swimming all fine. Theyd all be balling at 20 cent pieces a hell of alot aswell, line and length start there. Had me rant was only going to say i dont like it lol. Coach Grazz signing off. :P

I was too young to watch Terry Alderman play, but i've heard stories about how he could land it wherever he wanted to whilst swinging it both ways. Quick youtube search and this is a little snippet and it plays true to what i've been told. :)

^Get the Aussie bowlers doing that, and the Rotation policy will go out the window.

Yeh Alderman was good but needed the conditions to suit his swing bowling, destroyed England in an Ashes series over there with some of the best swing bowling you'll ever see. So many LBW's, nice memory lol cheers SS. I dont mind them having a rest when ones due but its a little bit over board now. To many bowlers cant consistently get line and length right and they are playing test cricket, blows my mind really. :-\

+1
couldn't agree more, guys these days are probably fitter and stronger....but not bowling fit at all, they should be bowling a few hours each day and getting the body used to that workload because that is what the game requires
