Hey MT, would love to get your opinion on my team. Knocked this up in about 10 minutes and tried to go a little unique, but perhaps have gone too far... Anyway this was my first draft and is bound to change countless times before the season start. Also note I haven't even looked at bye structure :-X

Goddard, Gibbs, Duffield, B. Smith, Vlastuin, Staker
Terlich, Colquhoun

Ablett, Beams, Dangerfield, Cotchin, Wines, Lonergan, Crouch, O'Meara

CASH LEFT: $18,500

Thanks!

Backs:

- Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell and Broughton all possible top 6 averaging backs, with Heppell a little less so

- Heppell, Broughton and Pedersen all great UVP's (Under Valued Players)

- Pittard, Colquhoun and Terlich all in contention for round 1, however Terlich is fighting for spots with Nicholson, Garland and Strauss

- This is  my preferred structure for backs

- You have a C/B rookie which is good

Rating: 9.75/10

Midfield:

- Ablett, Pendlebury, Cotchin and Mundy all possible top 8 averaging mids

- Mundy a great UVP option

- All good rookies, who should be in contention for round 1

- You have a C/B rookie which is good, but no C/F rookie which is a worry

- This is again one of my preferred structures

Rating: 9.5/10

Rucks:

- Goldstein a great UVP, as he will make you cash and could be a top 2 averaging ruck

- Leuenberger another great UVP, as he will make you a lot of cash

- Grundy a good rookie, as he will fight for a spot

- Daw a good pick as either he or Currie will be in if Goldstein is injured

- No rookie R/F which isn't too much of a worry though

Rating: 10/10

Forwards:

- Franklin too over priced for me, however with the amount of people jumping off him he could be fairly unique

- Zorko, Rockliff, Franklin, Johnson and Thomas all possible top 6 averaging forwards. Thomas currently getting over an injury but should be fine

- Stringer, Staker and Kennedy all good options

- A C/F rookie which is great

- One of my preferred structures

Rating: 9.75/10

Final Rating: 39/40

Backs:

- Gibbs, Duffield, Hartlett and Broughton all possible top 6 averaging defenders

- Broughton a good UVP (Under Valued Player), and so is Pedersen

- Pittard, Wright and Terlich will all be in contention come round 1, Terlich a little less as he must compete with Nicholson, Garland and Strauss. Especially like the pick of Wright

- Good structure and is my preferred one

Rating: 9.75/10

Midfield:

- Ablett, Pendlebury, Murphy and Mundy all capable of being in the top 8 averaging mids

- Mundy a very good UVP

- All rookie will be in contention come round 1

- You have a C/F and C/B rookie which is very good

- Like the pick of Hrovat especially as if he gets games, i think he could be similar to Toby Greene

- Like the structure as its one of my preferred ones

Rating: 10/10

Rucks:

- Goldstein is a great UVP, will generate cash and is a good chance to be in the top 2 averaging rucks

- Leuenberger a good UVP pick and will generate cash

- A R/F, which is good to see, although my personal preference is Rowe

- Dan Currie a good pick as he or Daw should back up Goldstein if he is injured

Rating: 10/10

Forwards:

- Franklin too over priced for me, however with the amount of people jumping off he could be fairly unique

- Naitanui and Thomas currently recovering from injuries but should be fine

- Franklin, Rockliff, Cox, Naitanui and Thomas are all pushing for top 6 averaging forwards in my opinion

- Staker, Macaffer and Lee all good rookie picks

- Would prefer to see a C/F rookie here too

- Could be a little overstocked up forward, but it seems you have spent your money well and it does not hinder your other areas

Rating: 9.5/10

Final Rating: 39.75/40

Thanks mate, a cheer for the rate.

Had Varcoe in there but when i dropped him forgot to put in a M/F in the fwds so Lee has now been replaced by Dwyer (M/F). But as with a few rookie selections I hope to have better M/F options than Dywer & B Kennedy by season start.

CASH LEFT: $416,000

Still early days but keen to hear some feedback...

Backs:

- Goddard, Gibbs, Grimes and Hartlett all capable of being top 6 averaging defenders

- Don't like the pick of Thompson, as i see him as an Inbetweener (Refer to my Team Selection thread), in that he won't make you enough cash and will not be in the top 6 averaging backs

- Pedersen a good UVP pick (Under Valued Player)

- Terlich and Vlastuin good rookie options, however Terlich is fighting for spots with Strauss, Garland and Nicholson

- A C/B rookie is good to see

- Not a fan of the structure, feel you are over spending

Rating: 8.75/10

Midfield:

- Ablett, Pendlebury and Selwood all capable of being top 8 averaging mids

- Ball a great UVP pick

- All good rookies, but i am very doubtful that Jones will start the season or play much of it

- No C/B or C/F rookie is a worry

- Big fan of the structure

Rating: 8.5/10

Rucks:

- Goldstein a great UVP pick as he will make you cash and could be a top 2 averaging ruck

- Leuenberger another good UVP as he will generate a lot of cash

- Daw a good pick as he or Currie will be next in line behind Goldstein

- Witts i am not a fan of at this stage as it looks like he will be behind Grundy

- Lack or F/R rookie isn't overly worrying

Rating: 9.5/10

Forwards:

- Franklin too over priced for me, could be fairly unique though with the amount of people jumping off

- Pavlich, Franklin, Hawkins all capable of being top 6 averaging forwards

- Hawkins a good UVP pick

- Daniher has just had minor surgery, not overly worrying but watch to see if named round 1

- Not a fan of Simpson and Kerridge as i can't see them getting games early. I would limit it to one max. as you can still get loophole rewards (Refer to my Team Selection Thread) by starting a non playing DPP rookie

- Mayes and Menzel should get games

- You have a C/F rookie which is good

- Not a fan of the structure at all

Rating: 8.75/10

Final Rating: 35.5/40

No worries mate. Yeah hopefully we get some good options, however there are benefits of having a non playing DPP rookie.

True there is but one is enough & this far out I'm not confident on who is gunna be my other M/F rook.

I'm not confident on any ATM. Menzel? Bennedy? Atkins? Kerridge? Mayes (a touch expensive)?

One for you interested to see how you rate using your criteria especially with the DPP cover I have.

TEAM NAME: Ringos Stars
DEF: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, J. Grimes, M. Golby, D. Terlich, S. Colquhoun (C. Cameron, B. Goodes)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, J. Kennedy, T. Cotchin, D. Rich, O. Wines, J. O'Meara, C. Richardson (R. Atkins, J. Viney)
RUC: S. Jacobs, M. Leuenberger (M. Gawn, L. McBean)
FWD: D. Cox, M. Pavlich, T. Rockliff, S. Johnson,  B. Macaffer B. Staker, (S. Kerridge T. Lee)
CASH LEFT: $41,600

Thanks MTTY

Backs:

- Goddard, Gibbs and Grimes all capable of being top 6 averaging backs

- Not a huge fan of Golby as i see him as a bit of an Inbetweener (Refer to my Team Selection Thread), although he is borderline so could be seen as both an Inbetweener or UVP

- Terlich, Colquhoun and Goodes all good rookies, but Terlich will be competing with Garland, Strauss and Nicholson for spots

- Cameron i can't see getting many games, but his DPP may be valuable for Loophole purposes

- One of my preferred structres

- A C/B rookie, which is good to see

Rating: 9.25/10

Midfield:

- Ablett, Pendlebury, Kennedy and Cotchin all capable of being top 8 averaging mids

- Don't like the pick of Rich, as i see him as an Inbetweener (Refer to my Team Selection Thread) in that he will not make enough cash and will not be in the top 8 averaging mids

- One of my preferred structures

- Good rookie picks, although can't see Richardson or Atkins (To a lesser extent) getting games. However this could be handy for loophole purposes, but if doing it for that i would limit to one of them

Rating: 9.25/10

Rucks:

- Leuenberger a great UVP pick as he will generate a lot of cash

- Not a big fan or Jacobs, as i can't see him being top 2 averaging rucks, therefore i see him as an Inbetweener

- Gawn a good pick as he could overtake Jamar as number 1 this year

- McBean a R/F, which is good and could work well for loophole purposes

Rating: 9.5/10

- Cox, Pavlich, Rockliff and Johnson all capable of being top 6 averaging forwards

- One of my preferred structures

- All good rookies picks, but Kerridge i cannot see playing games. Could be good for loophole purposes though

- You have a C/F rookie which is good

Rating: 9.75/10

Final Rating: 37.75/40

Yeah i'm still not settled either. Will have a non playing one (Speight currently) and a playing one, but may just go with Varcoe as a playing one, at a bit higher value.
