Backs:

- Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell and Broughton are all capable to push into the top 6 averaging backs, with Heppell the least likely in my opinion.

- Heppell and Broughton are very good UVP's (Under Valued Player)

- Your structure for defence is one of my favour ones (which are 4/1/3 or 4/0/4)

- Pittard, Goodes and Osbourne should all push for selection

- Terlich a fairly good rookie, although he will be competing for spots with Garland, Strauss and Nicholson

- Very good use of having a DPP rookie

- No (in my opinion) Inbetweeners

Rating: 9.75

Midfield:

- Ablett and Pendlebury both capable of being in the top 8 averaging midfielders

- Jack & Shuey for me are Inbetweeners, in that they won't be in the top 8 averaging mids and won't generate enough cash. Shuey to a lesser extent as he may generate a bit more cash, but still can't see him in the top 8 averaging mids

- Fyfe a very good UVP in my opinion

- Not one of my favoured structures for midfield but i do see the appeal to start strong in there

- All of your rookies will be in contention for round 1

- Hunter a good unique rookie, that can score well

- Lack of a rookie C/F and B/C is not good in my opinion of a starting team

Rating: 8/10

Rucks:

- Leuenberger should generate a ton of cash, so is a very good UVP

- Goldstein also a good UVP who is cheap and could push for a top 2 averaging ruck spot

- R/F link in Rowe

- Daw a good option especially with him probably being the first back up to Goldstein

Rating: 10/10

Forwards:

- Rockliff and Johnson very capable of being in the top 6 averaging forwards

- Personal opinion is that i don't like Lewis as i see him as an Inbetweener (won't be in top 6 averaging forwards and is not a UVP)

- Another personal preference is not to have Martin, however he is a UVP so i won't talk you into or out of selecting him

- Allen Christensen a fairly good UVP to pick

- Staker, Lee and Kennedy all good choice, Kennedy to a lesser extent as he may not fit into the Pies 22

- A rookie C/F link is good in Kennedy

- Personally not a fan of the structure

Rating: 9.25

Final Rating: 37/40

kilbluff1985

Thanks mate but i think Jack is a good option has a pretty easy draw in the 1st half of the season and does well vs weaker teams was out of him or JPK but Jack does better vs weaker teams

Backs:

- Goddard, Gibbs, Birchall and Broughton all possible top 6 averaging defenders

- Goodes, Staker, Terlich all good rookie options, however Terlich will be fighting for spots with the likes of Garland, Nicholson and Strauss

- Clurey for me will lack JS, if selected round 1 though could be a good unique

- One of my preferred backline structures

- Broughton is a very good UVP (Under Valued Player) options

- Goodes a good C/B rookie

Rating: 9.5/10

Midfield:

- Ablett, Pendlebury, Cotchin and Murphy all capable of being top 8 averaging mids

- Murphy a good UVP option

- Priddis is an Inbetween player for me, in that he will not be in the top 8 averaging mids and will not generate enough cash

- All good rookies who are pushing for round 1 selection

- Not one of my preferred midfield structures but i see the appeal in starting strong in the midfield

- Lack of C/F and B/C rookies are problem for me

Rating: 8.5/10

Rucks:

- Goldstein a good UVP that will push for top 2 averaging rucks and earn you cash

- Leuenberger another good UVP that will generate cash

- Grundy is a good rookie option as he will push for selection, with Currie also a good option as i gather one of Daw or Currie will back up Goldstein if injured

- No R/F rookie, isn't too much of a problem however

Rating: 10/10

Forwards:

- Franklin over priced for me, but with the amount of people jumping off could be a bit of a unique

- Cox, Rockliff and Franklin all capable of being in the top 6 averaging forwards

- Varcoe a very good UVP, who also offers DPP

- C/F rookie in Menzel is very good

- Macaffer, Menzel and Stringer all good rookie options

- I think Garner will struggle for games, thus there are better rookie options

- Not a fan of the structure

Rating: 8.75/10

Final Rating: 36.75/40

Fair opinion and a good one. Going off my rules for creating a starting team, I will not be taking any players that drop into his category. Could come off though, so could be a great pick after all and force others into using a trade to bring him in.  :)

- You have a B/C rookie which is good (You have two)

- One of my preferred structures for defence

Rating: 10/10

Midfield:

- Abett, Swan, Mundy and Cotchin all capable of being top 8 averaging mids

- Mundy a very good UVP

- Ball also a very good UVP

- Big no for me with Gibbs, play him in defence if you pick him

- You have a rookie B/C but no C/F rookie

- All good rookie selections

- Not one of my preferred structures but i see the appeal in starting strong in the mids

Rating: 9/10

Rucks:

- Goldstein a very good UVP, could be a top 2 averaging ruck and will generate cash

- Leuenberger another good UVP as he will generate a lot of cash

- Love the pick of Gawn, he could overtake Jamar at some stage this season

- Grundy will push for selection this season

- Lack of a R/F isn't overly worrying

Rating: 10/10

Forwards:

- Stringer a very good rookie choice

- (I know you said that these rookies are really just place holders, so i wont take them into consideration for the time being)

Cash Left: $0

Backs:

- Gibbs, Duffield, Hartlett and Broughton all possible top 6 averaging defenders

- Broughton a good UVP (Under Valued Player), and so is Pedersen

- Pittard, Wright and Terlich will all be in contention come round 1, Terlich a little less as he must compete with Nicholson, Garland and Strauss. Especially like the pick of Wright

- Good structure and is my preferred one

Rating: 9.75/10

Midfield:

- Ablett, Pendlebury, Murphy and Mundy all capable of being in the top 8 averaging mids

- Mundy a very good UVP

- All rookie will be in contention come round 1

- You have a C/F and C/B rookie which is very good

- Like the pick of Hrovat especially as if he gets games, i think he could be similar to Toby Greene

- Like the structure as its one of my preferred ones

Rating: 10/10

Rucks:

- Goldstein is a great UVP, will generate cash and is a good chance to be in the top 2 averaging rucks

- Leuenberger a good UVP pick and will generate cash

- A R/F, which is good to see, although my personal preference is Rowe

- Dan Currie a good pick as he or Daw should back up Goldstein if he is injured

Rating: 10/10

Forwards:

- Franklin too over priced for me, however with the amount of people jumping off he could be fairly unique

- Naitanui and Thomas currently recovering from injuries but should be fine

- Franklin, Rockliff, Cox, Naitanui and Thomas are all pushing for top 6 averaging forwards in my opinion

- Staker, Macaffer and Lee all good rookie picks

- Would prefer to see a C/F rookie here too

- Could be a little overstocked up forward, but it seems you have spent your money well and it does not hinder your other areas

Rating: 9.5/10

Final Rating: 39.25/40
