these are players that I am considering putting into my team but fitness, selection and scoring capabilities are a bit iffy so if you could just reel me off everything you know on any of these players and debate their value it would be good.
This is what i think so you know were I'm coming from...

Gavin Urquhart: possibly break out year, have always liked his football and the roos seem to have a good young cohort coming through. I'm unsure as to how good his pre-season has been and whether he is able to convert good games into big points...

Simon Buckley: apparently a massive pre-season and playing well in the intra-club.. but is there a position for him in the collingwood lineup?.. he has proven he is able to score well in dt, so your thoughts on selection would be appreciated.

Trent Cotchin: fit or not fit? I think he will be awesome but does he have the body?

David Armitage: love his football an seems to have a brain.. haven't heard much about his pre-season but hoping with the departure of lovett/ball will get more time on ground.

So just fire away!

They are the iffy's for sure... I've pondered some of these players myself!!

Urqhart - I tried my luck with him last year, his value slowly increased, but it was too slow to trade him by rds 8-10 and gain some value. I reckon you watch his role this weekend.

Buckley - same as above. The pies would not have drafted him without a role in mind, wait and see.......

Cotchin - Your guess is as good as mine. Very risky. Watch how much game time he gets in the rest of the practice matches

Armitage - not sure if he will be battling for a spot with Stevens?? His role is more in and under; not sure what Stevens role is?

Hope that helps!

yeah thanks for that... imagine if there was clarity over cotchin, one minute im hearing he is restricted to training twice a week and next minute he is training the house down...
but anyone else with similar players that are bugging them post them up and ill bounce my knowledge back to you

the only play i would have in my team from those players is David Armitage averaged 93 from 3 games last yr same sort of player as luke ball, no more luke ball no lovett!
he will play plenty of games if not injured

these guys could become elites or fail.
espec fev
could pay off big time or go horribbly wrong
leaning to horribly wrong at the moment

Justin Bieber

had an eye on urquart for a while. been training pretty well this preseason. should be helped down back with pratt coming back in.

buckley should play some games as he could play a sweeping role.

trent cotchin only on a modified program now. really risky but could pay off.

armitage should get game time ahead of stevens. had a good game against the pies. stevens plays the same role as armitage so a battle it is.

selwood4brownlow carrazzo is already a proven scorer for dt. shouldn't go horribly wrong. maybe the others will.

i watched masten at the intraclub... he looks like an elite midfielder and plays with more responsibility and therefore a definite in my team.
im not too sure about walker
carazzo's only issue will be TOG, there probably isnt a spot for him on the starting 18 so will be benched a little..
fev well with j.brown he should now get the number two defender... and with the delivery skills of the midfield he could score serious points... the only issue i have with him is his hot and cold factor... for some reason he never pulls through when you need it...
