Login issues

People having a bit of an issue. New to the site, registered for the forum, and it's all well and good. But I'm trying to access the FanPlanner, and am unable to login to the main site after registering. I receive the following message:

Your account has not been activated!

FanFooty has created your account and sent a confirmation email to the account you specified.

Before you can log in to FanFooty, you must click on the activation link in that email.

But I haven't received a confirmation email. What do I do??

Did you register again for fanplanner like you are meant to?

There are two separate logins for the forum and the main site.

I can't log into the main site (Fanplanner) for some reason. I put in the username and password and all it does is effectively refresh the page...

when it refreshes is the login thing still there? or is there a change team in focus link to the right where that normally is? if so click on that

Nope, the forms for username and password are still there  :-\

try doing it via the fanplanner link on the front page

I also have a query regarding login issues: no problems accessing the forums, but I've registered for the main site, confirmed it using the email, and logged in again but it doesn't remember me... Any way to fix this monty? :)

get an extention called LastPass remembers your password can autofill it and auto log you in it's pretty awesome as a temperary solution

I'm having the same issue, could log in fine a couple of days ago when I was building my team but now when I try to go in and tinker with it apparently my account hasnt been activated yet. No sign of any 'activation' email in my inbox or spam folder and it didnt stop me from using the fanplanner earlier either which is a bit odd.

I did have to get my password resent to me because I'd forgotten it :P just in case that has anything to do with it.

There are 2 separate logins required one for FF and one for Fanplanner.  For fanplanner you type Coach name and password in the boxes at top to log in.  Should then give you an option to change team in focus which allows ytou to go to Team you created,  Hopefully explained it ok.
