My 2nd year at DT.

Hello everyone, this will be my 2nd Year at DT, didnt do so well last year. Can you rate my team and offer me any advice on where i may have gone wrong. My Dad thinks it looks ok.  My rookies will possibly change a bit between now and round 1 but i think alot of peoples will. So far i have an 8-6-12 set up for the byes but i hope to be able to have less outs in Round 13 by trading between rounds 1-12. Thankyou.

But I dunno about the Sylvia selection. He could make or break your season.  :-\

Mayes and Jaksch may seem like a wise move with their DPP but if it comes at the cost of selecting a better cash cow option then the benefits you'd be getting would quickly dissipate. I'd suggest Wines instead of Mayes and Goodes or Van Unen ahead of Jaksch. You'll probably find opportunities to establish DPP links during your upgrade/downgrade process throughout the season.

The guts of your side looks good. I don't mind the Sylvia pick. Keep an eye on NicNat and Daisy's recovery from injury.

Make sure you tell us how much cash you have left next time you post your team. ;)

Thanks for the replies. I like Sylvia i understand its a gamble but i think he is underpriced for what he is capable of, finished off last seaon quiet well. Nic Naitunui and his groin surgery and Thomas with an ankle problem i have thought about but im happy to sit for awhile and see how the reports on their health and Nab cup goes if they play, if not i will look for other prospects. Appreciate the advice on the rookies Mr Craig as this is where i will struggle to get it right. Thankyou for your time.
