If the discount is 20% the magic number is 5610, which I think it is. This would place Swanny at 749,496 and Ablett at 699,567. m0nty has the MN at 5145, meaning player prices will increase by just under 500 for each average point they achieved last season from the fanplanner to DT2013.

All just idle speculation on my part, Ball may be with 0% discount or 30%. Time will tell.

personally, I think he should be getting a 30% discount... but that would make the magic number insannne.

and I'm pretty sure that assuming he had a 20% discount would mean the MN was 5844.6 ....

you take 346 000 and divide by 80 and multiply by 100 to get the original undiscounted price, then divide by 74 for the MN, gives you 5844.6
