No Lachie Whitfield :o

For almost 100k less you can get Kane Mitchell who has more JS (GWS have so many young mids), higher scoring potential and far more experience.

I can accept scoring potential but u must be high if u think that mitchell  has better js then whitfield. Whitfield was pick one, in the last 5 years the first midfielder in the draft has always played more then 11 game and 4 have played above 15. Wingard couldnt even escape being vested, port have Ebert, Cassisi, Hartlett, Gray, Monfries, Boak, Wingard, Wines, Broadbent, Cornes. How can u say he has good js there, granted Monfries Gray Cassisi Hartlett are all swingmen but some will be in the midfield. Do your research before making outrageous statements with no points. Personally i like Kane Mitchell but he in no way has any JS

It's ok. Jukes thinks Brian Lake will average 97.

Haha, I think Lake could go 90-94 max, but not 97. What I don't understand is that Jukes doesnt rate Pendles at all :o

I can't accept that he thinks Mitchell has better JS then Whitfield or that he doesnt rate Pendlebury. I see Lake average about 90-100 but he will play 10-15 games max, his durability and body alone should rule him out

G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, P. Dangerfield, M. Murphy, A. Gaff, T. Varcoe, B. Crouch, J. O'Meara (S. Colquhoun, J. Viney)

Colquhoun in def link

Jukes

Kane Mitchell was the best player in the whole WAFL last season. Equalled the record for most ever Sandover votes in one season. Won the premiership too with a starring role in the grand final.

Whitfield has got to contend with all of the other GWS midfielders...Ward, Greene, Treloar, Coniglio, Palmer, Scully, Shiel all will surely get a gig ahead of Whitfield due to much more experience, then there's other youngsters looking to build on last season's experience such as Miles, Hoskin-Elliot, Hampton, Reid, Haynes, Sumner, Golds, Schulz plus O'Rourke. They'll get rotated a lot = less job security for Whitfield.

tbagrocks

Brad Symes was the best in the SANFL winning the Magarey and he was delisted :o

Port also drafted Wines and their midfield is older and more experienced than WS, also Mitchell is still on the rookie list
