Hi Jukes, thanks for your previous review.
Thought i'd have a crack at the "Swablett Combo," just to see if its possible to get a reasonable team together with the both of them. Does your head in a bit though.

Gibbs, Broughton, Hurn, A Rance, S Wright, Docherty, (Colquhorn, Terlich)

Swan, Ablett, A Swallow, S Mitchell, S Johnson, Mundy, Varcoe, K Mitchell, (O'Meara, Viney)

Pedersen, Leuenberger, (Gawn, Daw)

Rockliff, Thomas, de Boer, Bock, T Menzel, Macaffer, (Staker, Lee)

Cash left $Bugger All
just need a lot of luck with the Rucks and Forwards

Backs: Unique would be the right word, although I to be frank do not like Hurn for DT13, I see mid-70s as being as high as he can go, more of an SC choice. Rance and Wright however I reckon could go up to high 70s, wouldn't bet on it though. 7/10 mostly due to the high High HIGH risk factor involved.
Midfield: Swallow a great POD I reckon. Obviously very strong with Swablett followed by 3 and a half premiums. Unsure on Mitchell though- can't see any room to improve for him, will more likely fall in average. For a similar price you can go with Murphy who will almost certainly average higher. This midfield will pump out 700-750 each week which I think is graet. 10/10
Rucks: As I stated earlier,
Quote from: Jukes on December 19, 2012, 09:34:22 PM
Backs: I'm very uncertain on Pedo atm, at 200k he was a lock but at 296k he will only rise in price by about 90k to 385k, which I don't think is worth it.
Other than that good. 7.5/10
Forwards: Alright strength. de Boer is a great pick imo, not for me but reckon he could burst early-to-mid 90s. 8/10

Overall: I'm not a huge fan of going Swablett, but your side looks alright with a super amount of PODs. 8.25/10

DEF: B. Goddard, J. Grimes, B. Gibbs, P. Hanley, N. Vlastuin, S. Docherty (D. Terlich, S. Colquhoun)

MID: D. Swan, G. Ablett, J. Watson, T. Cotchin, A. Embley, S. Mayes, B. Goodes, J. O'Meara (N. Hrovat, J. Viney)

RUC: I. Maric, M. Leuenberger (M. Daw, B. Grundy)

FWD: D. Cox, S. Johnson, M. Pavlich, T. Rockliff, J. Stringer, B. Macaffer (T. Lee, T. Membrey)

Cash Left: $15,700

Backs: Uncertain on the pick of Hanley, can't see him improving on his average or averaging as much as Broughts or Lake. 7.5/10
Mids: Standard structure, very strong premiums. I'd be wary of having both Swan and Ablett; I downgraded each to Beams and Cotchin so I could upgrade two lower premos (Broughton and Zorko) to full premiums in Pendles and Robinson. 9/10
Rucks: Standard. Good choice of rookies, exact same as mine bar I'm going Goldy over Maric. 8/10
Forwards: Standard choices in premiums and rookies. I wouldn't go with Cox if you aren't going for the DPP link; can't see him averaging 100, more like mid 90s. 8/10

Overall: 8/10, strong premiums and well-rounded but very lacking of a POD or two extra to set yourself apart.

Like the, although few, changes you've made. The midfield looks stronger with Greene in there, he's a top pick and should improve his average to over 100.

Would prefer the first side however tbh.

No problem at all mate.

I prefer this third side. Got a good mix of common guns and PODs. imo you should go with Cotchin or Beams over Boyd. Boyd will probably imo fall to early 110s while Cotch and Beams will rise to imo 117 and 120 respectively.

Backs: Solid. Standard but good choices in both premiums and rookies. Lake > Duffman but that's bias. 8.25/10
Mids: Strong, but no Stants means significantly weaker than it could be :P. Top rookie selection. 9/10
Rucks: Great choices for starting rucks. Goldy should push 100 and Leuey 95. Highly questionable rookies. 8/10
Forwards: Cox old and will be rested a lot, can't see him averaging 100, more like 97, which is not enough to warrant wasting a rookie spot for the DPP connection. Pretty strong. 8.25/10

Overall: 8.25/10 as I've spoken about for many other teams it's lacking PODs like Stants (which you've just told me on chat you're trading out Swan for Stants :P)

Backs: Don't rate Plowman over say Docherty and Colquhoun. Scotland is going to be suspended for the first part of 2013 so you gotta take him out for somebody like Grimes. Fix that up and your backline is an 8/10
Mids: Strong obviously with 5 top-end premiums, however I'd prefer to go Cotchin and Beams over Boyd and Mitchell as CotchBeamsy are both young and improving while BoydyMitch are on there way out of DT ultras. 9.25/10
Rucks: Strong, although I'd prefer my man Todd Goldstein over Cox as he's like 90k cheaper but will score the same, if not more. 8/10
Forwards: Pretty weak seeing as there is only 3 premos. Highly recommend AGAINST not having Rockliff, he's priced at 93 but will average 105-110. 6/10

Overall: 7.75/10, an alright team to build from once you fix a few things.

Mids: Strong, like the inclusion of Toby Greene. DPP links to both forward and backline are good additions. 9.25/10
Rucks: Exact same as mine :P 8.75/10
Forwards: Cox too old and slow for me, would prefer Daisy, especially seeing as you aren't going for DPP (which is stupid btw). 8.5/10

Backs: I don't like the pick of Plowman. He's 170k and even though he has great JS won't score much as will mostly play as a lockdown defender. I reckon include Goodes or Colquhoun over him. 8/10
Mids: Toumpas has had recurring hip problems this year, will probably be allotted more rest by the Dees for his hip, therefore having a reduced pre-season. Do not like that. Mitchell or Crouch over him and you can pocket like 60k. Good choice in premos. 8.5/10
Rucks: Same on-field combo as mine, the best you can fetch imo. Good choice in rookies too. 8/10
Forwards: Strong. Think I started a string on Broughton's being placed in the forward line :P. 8.5/10
