You can tell a lot is happening in the game, when all the commentators are talking about is the hats that the players are wearing and whether or not Allan Border would look good in one.

The Sixers are a class act here, and could go a long way towards their title defence. And the Thunder have a pretty horrible team, but why didn't their one big hitter, Sean Abbott bat at no. 4?!?!?!

Abbott gets Haddin as he tries to finish it off! ;D Maddinson was on my bench/12th man...

Sixers win, reminded me a bit of last night's game in the way it went down to the last few balls.

In a T20 match, 10 balls to go isn't really the last few. With the team chasing like they did tonight, they never really had to go all out for it and always looked like winning. The Sixers did it pretty comfortably IMO.

Yeah true. They weren't exactly chasing the biggest target anyway. They're the reigning champs and T20 champs for a reason.

I put a fair wager on Pollard @ $7 to top score for the Strikers this series, 48 is a nice start!

A boundry on the last ball to win for the Heat! Well this screwed up my multi-bet, nice run chase, I nearly went tonight but had plans earlier

Capper

thought bris would do it easily, but Adelaide came back and almost won it

Jay

What a game. If only Pollard stayed in for a few more balls :(

Putland to Hartley, FOUR, Is that a tie? They run three off the last ball, but did it hit the boundary? Here's what happened... full toss again, Hartley carves with all his might over the men inside the ring in the covers. Ferguson had a lot of room to cover from deep backward point. He had to put in a dive and drag the ball in. It's a matter of inches. He hurls the ball back to the keeper as the batsmen complete three. And then we see the replays... The ball touched the rope before Ferguson could drag it back in! How dramatic is that... He looks distraught as he realizes what happened. The Adelaide support staff looks deflated too, and the crowd goes into a collective hush

what a freakin game. that was awesome.

i really like the look of Kane Richardson, bowled a couple of good overs at the death.

man that game had it all, big sixes. great catches, an incredible runout (albeit a bit lucky) and a nail biting finish. don't support either of the teams but what a game!

I reckon the pressure got Putland, he bowled two full tosses which arguably cost Adelaide the game (they went for 6 and 4)

Renegades win another! They're looking good.

The Sydney Thunder seem like a lost cause. Terrible last year and they're looking bloody good for back-to-back spoons.
