1. Warner
2. Watson
3. Hughes
4. Khawaja
5. Clarke
6. Hussey
7. Wade
8. Johnson
9. Starc
10. Siddle
11. Lyon

I'm hoping this is our line-up for the rest of the summer

I think Pup should stay at 5, and i can see why he wants to stay, when he moved up to 4 a few years ago he really struggled, only when  he came back to 5 did he prosper along with the captaincy

I can see why too, but there's got to be a time to face his fears.... ;) For the first time in a LONG time Australia made 100 runs before the 3rd wicket fell, so that has taken some pressure off Clarke for this innings already.

As for the rest of this match, i can see Sri Lanka being about 50 runs off in each innings, so an Australian win by about 200 runs.

Cowan made a tonne not long ago. Seems harsh :/
Although I do agree Watson must open. And I love Khawaja.

Yea but think I read on cricinfo commentary that he has failed in 5 of his last 6 first innings.

yeah it is harsh but Watson has to open which leaves 1 of Cowan and Warner. Pretty tough call between these 2 but Cowan may need some time to get his head right again. Im unsure

50 runs off in each innings

1st Innings: Australia Score 100
2nd Innings: Sri Lanka Score 50
3rd Innings: Australia Score 100
4th Innings: Sri Lanka Score 50

Result: Australia wins by 100 runs.

Kinda understand what you mean actually PB... but to say 50 runs off with the ball is an odd thing to say :X

I'm trying to put it this way:

Expected score 1st innings: 350 (Australia score 400)
Expected score 2nd innings: 350 (Sri Lanks score 300)
etc... (made up the numbers)

Australia have got more than enough runs in this first innings anyway, should be enough to win this match. :) But over in India, how well are England playing? >:D
