What you could try Nigeys, is start the draft with 12 hour per pick and if its going to slow after a week or so, change it to 3 minutes a pick for the rest of the draft, just to get it completed..

dont think you can adjust the time while draft is going

Oh ok, in Ultimate Footy last year we could change mid-way through, so I thought it would be the same with this.

The problem is, A coach is either at their computer or they're not.
  So its better to have either 12-24 hours(slow draft) or 1-3 minutes(fast draft)

Yeah, that's why I originally had it at a day. With work, school, uni and other commitments, it gives time for people to pick.

Also, have the two of you joined the draft league yet? I have PM'd you both the code.

Yeah im pretty sure I've joined Nigey, but have codes everywhere atm  :P    ..So if im not, I will do soon..

We can do the up to 12 hours time limit to do your pick.

draft time is an interesting 1. If 8 players picking 30 players each take 1 minute to pick then the draft will take 4 hours to do. picking in 1 minute will be hard though. if you set it to an hour then what if it your time and its at 5am in the morning.

If we get everyone joined asap and get the draft going whilst everyone is online then it should get done pretty quickly.

Im going to vote for 5 mins, but hopefully people pick quickly

Understood. I guess this is why I can't stress enough why people should have an idea of who they want to pick and maybe select preferences. No matter the pick time, it's gonna inconvenience at least somebody. Although it's not listed, I do like 10 minutes as a time.
