ok this may be preseason madness, but im actually happy with this squad. Midifeld is super strong and could help me pull away if moloney goes 90+ as my M6.

will upgrade armstrong early like round 4-5 and make that line abit more solid.

Brendon Goddard, Bryce Gibbs, Tony Armstrong , Nick Vlaustin, Brett Goodes, Jasper Pittard
Lewis Stevenson, Dean Terlich

Dane Swan, Gary Ablett jnr, Scott Pendlebury, Jobe Watson, Brett Deledio, Brent Moloney ,Oliver Wines, Kane Mitchell
Brad Crouch, Jaeger O'Meara

Dean Cox, Matthew Leuenberger
Daniel Currie, Majak Daw

Paul Chapman,Tom Rockliff, Mitch Robinson, Dustin Martin, Patrick Karnezis, Brent Macaffer
Jack Neade, Sam Rowe

Justin Bieber

And now that's a good team.

Should also mention that Chapman will go to Stevie J by rd 2 hopefully.

haha, looking nice and unique now. this is what i call a trademark holz team. risks down back and a loaded midfield.

yep SJ round 2. and the plan is armstrong to a premo round 4-7

Can you tell me what Armstrong scored in the other NAB Cup games?

Looks very impressive mate. The only suggestion I would make is that if you are only going to have chappy in for 1 week, I would go NRoo against GC who he has scored 126 and 136 against last year. Might even be worth keeping him for round 2 aswell against gws then get stevie in round 3. A weak back which may not work but a gun midfield, so interesting compromise. Hope it works for you.

not sure if i will have the guts to keep that backline, i was thinking it looked weak with 3 premo mids.  I can see the point about Nroo the reason im thinkng chappy over him is in case i get stuck and cant trade him out, if im hit with injuries or if better things pop up to trade. Im happy keeping chappy in my team all year if i have too, I sont want Nroo past the first few rounds.

the panic continues, dropped burger

Brendon Goddard, Bryce Gibbs, Tony Armstrong , Nick Vlaustin, Brett Goodes, Jasper Pittard
Lewis Stevenson, Dean Terlich

Dane Swan, Gary Ablett jnr, Scott Pendlebury, Matthew Boyd, Trent Cotchin, Jaeger O'Meara ,Oliver Wines, Kane Mitchell
Brad Crouch, Jack Viney

Dean Cox, Todd Goldstien
Daniel Currie, Majak Daw

Paul Chapman,Tom Rockliff, Mitch Robinson, Dustin Martin, Patrick Karnezis, Brent Macaffer
Jack Neade, Sam Rowe

there will be one unpopular pick in the bunch. Delusion faith by me maybee

tbagrocks

Actually looks fantastic! I'd drop Cotchin for Danger though ;)

Personally I think there is value in the backling with Hartlett and Grimes can go over 100, Heppell, Waters 90+ I just see some solid scorers there

Like all your selections though

Chopps

mate loving the side feel the back line is a little on the thin side but may well be worth the risk

Holz

was expecting to cop alot of flack for goldy. yeah i feel there is value down back to tbag, not having hartlett early could turn out to cost me if he kills his early draw. Will jump on grimes as soon as i can, just feel he wont start super strong.

Justin Bieber

Yeah I do like this team Holzman. It's almost as good as mine, but it is still very good. One of the better on the site (better than Jukes')

Holz

Brendon Goddard, Bryce Gibbs, Dyson Heppel, Tony Armstrong , Nick Vlaustin, Brett Goodes
Lewis Stevenson, Dean Terlich

Dane Swan, Gary Ablett jnr, Scott Pendlebury, Marc Murphy, Brett Moloney, Jaeger O'Meara ,Oliver Wines, Kane Mitchell
Brad Crouch, Jesse Lonergan

Dean Cox, Todd Goldstien
Daniel Currie, Majak Daw

Paul Chapman,Tom Rockliff, Mitch Robinson, Dustin Martin, Patrick Karnezis, Brent Macaffer
Jack Neade, Sam Rowe

out Cotchin, Boyd, Viney, Pittard

in Murphy, Moloney, Lonergan, Heppel.

Cotchin to Murphy- 5 points
Boyd to Moloney - 25 points
Pittard to Heppel - 35 points

do people agree with that?

my thinking as the 3 i traded in all have room to go up in price. while cotchin and boyd havent got much room to grow and i just think reducing the number of rookies on the field is a good thing.

im also worried about mcaffer as F6 tbh, have kennedy F5 and karnesis F6.....
structure seems very good?

what are your thoughts on having currie as R2, what i have atm....team obv looks so much better :) ???
