Verdict: I think Mayes definetly has a forward spot, which will relinquish there key backs to stay were they belong. Staker's a tough one, with Martin he may have a forward spot or a rotating back spot. Think he will play 2/3 of games which is enough for me. Docherty's a tough one. Most people would argue that Golby has more JS then him, which is true, but he could crack the team maybe early-mid year. Potential downgrade option.

Verdict: Temay's an interesting one. He is underdeveloped, but I could see him playing 11 games+. Malthouse tends to back his players in and give them every opportunity to prove themselves (Alan Toovey). Menzel's also an interesting one, I don't see any midfield room, but definetly should be a walk up start up forward, not great for DT output though.

Verdict: Again I am a pies supporter, and I have Kennedy in there, but thats not a reason to take him. I think Kennedy 100% is in any clubs best 22, but he will be vest ridden in his first year. Wasted as a Dt'er. Grundy is a tough one. I haven't seen nearly as many teams going with him as second, as Giles last year, but thats mainly due to Leunberger's price. With the rumours Hudson is coming out of retirement to play with the pies, it has to confuse you. Why would Collingwood want to sign a ruck who has one year left in him when we already have a experienced ruckman in Jolly and the best ruck in the draft in Grundy. This is not very promising for him as a second, but still a solid $$ cow on the bench.

Verdict: I was critized for the talls I had at the bombers, but I didn't change it. i haven't found a different mix that worked, so im sticking with this for now. Hird has already given us the verdict on Daniher so thats good. I rekon Zaharakis and Heppel will predominetly play forward and back respectivly. They will have some stints, but my feeling is that they will continue with there curent midfield group, they may play 30% midfield time each. EDIT: made the bold decision that Hurley is a better back and more required in the back then up forward, especially with Dusty in his last year and Joe Daniher coming through. Hooker I think will cement his key position spot when Dusty retires.

Verdict: A few interesting ones here. Gold Coast have a solid midfield, and I'm very worried about O'Meara getting the vest, but I think its unlikely. Lonergan's a tough one, if your'e considering him, I could see him as more of a downgrade option if he could crack there team. Broughton should finally get the midfield spot he deserves, and even not expect at least a 85-90 average from the new sun.
