I think you will find a few of the coaches running multiple teams will be willing to hand one over after the season given the workload but I also forsee several coaches handing teams over as life gets in the way of fantasy footy.

It is a lot of contact and involvement in the off season and people don't always have time for what they need to do in the XVS comps.

hang around and stay interested opportunities will almost certainly arise.

The other option we can look at in each of the XVS competitions in time is adding in expansion clubs to bring all the 4 XVS competitions to a standard number of total teams each.

I am not sure how many each has but from memory WXV and BXS have 18 and EXV and AXV have only 16 so there is scope for new teams to be added to the existing competitions also.

not suggesting it will be easy but certainly can be arranged and probably will be. ( speaking for AXVs at least).

Good to see interest in the competitions it is a great way to keep involved in the site and footy in the offseason and a great simulation of running an AFL list in a relatively realistic way all year. not just during the seasons rounds.

We had to change the English XV to the British XV as the EXV accronym was taken by Euros.

AXV is already taken by Asia so maybe call it the United States XV or UXV.

I am happy to act as an assistant for anyone in the new league but i dont want to be a head coach

Not against a new team but I can forsee similar problems to what we currently have coaches having multiple teams again freezing out new coaches. If it goes ahead would like to see it restricted to caoches without a current team in any of the other 4 comps.

As an aside please feel free to comment here I am thinking of doing this with the British

Introducing a second League called British xv's 1st Division.  This league will be open to coaches and if enough interest will organise a draft when we say reach 8 coaches but can have up to 18 as well.
Will work out a promotion and relegation system between the 2,

Another 18 British teams sounds cool. Plenty of towns to name teams :P

Between me and everybody...I'm not too pleased with having nothing to do at the Lobsters and am thinking of leaving the team for a more active role. I don't even know whether I can do this, but I kinda really want to... :-X
