Hi All

What are your thoughts on the following? I've gone pretty strong in my defence as I'm hoping this can be set and forget... My midfield and forwards have a few midpricers and rookies so hoping to upgrade to the likes of a Gablett after 6 or 7 rounds (I'm assuming he won't get more expensive as he's already priced in the mid 120s).

FORWARDS: L. Franklin, T. Rockliff, A. Treloar, A. Christensen, J. Watts, M. LeCras, T. Varcoe (D. Menzel, B. Macaffer)

A lot of money put in the backline would probably be a good idea to cut back on that a heap maybe get rid of Heppell in favour of a rookie/ low priced player. Pretty sure that Stringer is a forward, and Fyfe and Duncan are risky picks as midfielders you are better off with true premiums. The most striking inclusion in that forward line is Watts you would want to be very confident in his abilities to pick him, otherwise a good forward line. Finally the Rucks are spot on only change Daw if he isn't playing, but I reckon he can shine this year as understudy to Goldstein.

Defence solid and I don't mind seeing a heap of money spent. Unlike the last few year where we have had lots of mid prices to choose from. This year not many stand out as bargains if not any.

Midfield: I like the looks of Duncan not sure about Fyfe there are a lot of midfielders in the Fremantle side now eg: Pearce, Simpson to add to Barlow, Hill, Mundy, Morabito when he gets back, Balla part time

Rucks Lock and Load like everyone one else in the world

Forwards: Some nice picks even though I hate Watts he is still a good pick for DT only Christensen IMO he was meant to fire just like Martin and didn't really do much this

DEF: it is a strong defence and i think too strong, take some money out and put it in the midfield

MID: Unique midfield and not necessarily good. I dont think fyfe will average much over 100 when the freo midfield is back, cotchin is good and so is Redden but he is in the awkward zone, not a bad premo but not an excellent one either. Im happy for you to keep him but i think you need a big man like GAJ or Swan.

RUCK: good

FWD: treloar being a young player in a young group will probably get better, Christensen is too dodgy for mine and Watts has definately got to go. Not sold on the Barcode either.
